The 1,046 Virginia voters may just be the tip of the iceberg, as it’s only the number found in eight Virginia localities, the report reads. The report found that the most illegal votes were cast in 2012, followed by 2008, the year President Obama was elected to his first term. In both years, Obama won Virginia.

In some cases, aliens and permanent residents will register to vote and either admit on the form they are not citizens, or they will mislead, according to Christian Adams, general counsel for the foundation. Local officials can check each voter later by matching data from the Virginia driver’s license bureaus, where the aliens in question are usually likely not to mislead authorities on their status.

"The problem is most certainly exponentially worse because we have no data regarding aliens on the registration rolls for the other 125 Virginia localities,"

They need to stop looking for evidence right now. Its all a waste of time, as the media keeps telling us its statistically insignificant.

So , excluding the five states with photo id required , 16K at 45 states would be 720,000 . I bet it was more than that .

Ya, start looking at CA and NY and it was more like 3 - 4 million.

Probably just need to get back to just property owners and people who pay in more Fed tax than they receive back with no age requirement for Fed elections . I could have been voting at 15 . Or , exclude any tax collection of those under 18.

Yes , I suspect places like California to be huge contributors .

The "non-citizens" were identified when their voter registration was checked. That is why they were removed from the voter rolls. They were removed from rolls before they could vote. The actual voter tally was extremely low- not in the thousands.

In the 8 jurisdictions that provided us with lists of aliens recently removed from their voter rolls,
we discovered that 31 non-citizens had cast a total of 186 votes between 2005 and 2015.
The most alien votes were cast in 2012 followed by 2008, the year President Obama was
elected to his first term.

31 over a decade in eight different jurisdictions averaging four per jurisdiction.
