The Last Executive Order?

We will see. Executive Order #13772 showed up in the Federal Register (https://www.federalregister.gov/executive-orders/donald-trump/2017) Wednesday morning then disappeared a couple hours later. You can watch for it

It is still on the GPO website (https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2017-02-08/pdf/2017-02762.pdf) and even on the White House website (https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2017/02/03/presidential-executive-order-core-principles-regulating-united-states). But if an Executive Order is not published in the Federal Register it does not exist.

In my opinion if it is difficult to find that is not public notice.

I can't tell for sure but it looks like the GPO may be an official federal register.
