Look at these two threads over on the forum where demonoid used to be. These people are making a huge deal over a $500 donation that was made by a neonazi to the paul campaign. This has got to be one of the most frustrating arguments i've ever been in. Is there any way we can get in touch with the campaign to try to get them to return this money?

Black Panthers donate money to people, as do Skinheads, KKK members, and Mafiosos. These people are all American and they can donate to whomever they want.

that's what i keep saying, but they're like "there's no way we can support a bigot unless he returns the money or donates it to such-and-such organization and comes out and repudiates the neonazis.

if they are fools enough to donate, id be happy to spend those fools money

they are probably paid shills, don't worry about it too much

just say that the other candidates get these kinds all the time, they get paid off by mega corporations for favors all the time...those candidates actually pay those donors back with favors though

that makes ron paul better

So, they want to give racist money?

Who donates money to you should only be a concern if it somehow means you're going to support certain policies. Anyone who knows Dr. Paul, even his staunchest opponents in Congress, would laugh at the suggestion that he's something other than fiercely principled and consistent (just look at YouTube videos of him in 1983).

Paul believes in people taking responsibility for their own actions, including idiotic marketplace decisions. If a white nationalist expects Paul to advance his racist agenda, he's sorely mistaken and shit out of luck. Then again, maybe white nationalists can still be Americans with other concerns, like a foreign policy that's making our homeland less secure and fiscal/monetary policies that are bankrupting us and collapsing our dollar.

Really, all the other candidates certainly get money from individuals with questionable personal views, yet Paul, the candidate least likely to be influenced by those who donate to him (which is to say, not at all), is the one getting the flack... even as he's the one who gets the most donations from such admirable individuals as our men and women in uniform.

You couldn't make this stuff up.
