Title says it all, cast your vote in this nonscientific poll.

your vote is your postulate! You have to aim for the stars to land in the treetops people!

No way this is totally scientific! I mean if you think this is going to raise anything other than whatever number is winning this poll well you're wrong and might as well not even bother to vote lol!!!

:p:D

Thats what fox told me anyway....

I wonder who keeps voting $1 million. We almost have 30k sign ups, and usually more than double that will actually donate.

I think we'll top Hillary's supposed 6 mill record. I think that should be the goal, and should be one of the stated purposes--might spur more donations.

How did Hillary pull off $6 million? Have a $2300 plate dinner for 2500 'labor representatives' and tort lawyers?

That claim by the Clinton campaign has already been debunked. Recording donations from a week of fundraising on the final day of the FEC quarter is not the same as a single day fundraiser. The one day fundraising record is held by John Kerry, 5.7 million dollars.

I voted $1-3 million. I am not expecting much out of this. Ron Paul will beat his fundraising goals for the quarter without the money bomb. Anything they throw in is just icing on the cake.

I believe Kerry raised that money the day after Super Tuesday, when it was clear he was the Democrat nominee.

Good, then I will be surprised. But I remember claims that the campaign had raised $5-$10 million for Quarter 2, and it turned out they raised $2.4 million.

I'm guarding myself against disappointment by predicting 6 million.

That's correct, and this fundraiser is set to blow that record out of the water.

What's your reasoning behind that expectation?

I am not getting my hopes up for this, thats all. If they raise $10 million, great.

$5.7 MM, that's it? We can do it!

Dude, that was back when things were still non-transparent. I refuse to NOT believe in Ron for the time being, because I never thought we'd top $2 million on the 5th!

I think it's realistic to expect higher than Nov. 5th, at least. I hope it's at least double, and then $10 million isn't too far off.

9+ Million. There's a buzz going on. I think People that missed the first Money Bomb will want to participate in this one. While money is nice, I will say it again, I would rather have 1 million donors donate $10 a piece than have 100,000 donors donate $100 a piece.

I know, but it's not reported that way, that's what matters.

Please tell Trevor to mention Sunday, December 16th in his blimperviews! People don't remember when "the anniversary of the Boston Teaparty" is.

I think there's a very real chance we'll get "only" as much as we did on 11/5, but I'm betting $6.25 million to edge out Clinton's supposed record.

kotetu

I say we all aim, hearts and souls, for 10 million - that will net us 21 million+ for the quarter, better than Mitt Romney's 1st quarter, and the best of ANY republican in 2007.

I missed the first money bomb. This time I won't miss it. My wife and I are both going to max out.

If we keep on telling others about the Tea Party we can raise 10 million!

Can you confirm you have completed the following checklist?

( ) I have sent messages and alerts to all my Facebook, Myspace, Digg, Youtube, and other social networking friends and associates telling them about the Tea Party!

( ) I have mentioned the Tea Party of 2007 on every other message board and forum I participate on and have encouraged them to donate!

( ) I have told every person in my immediate and extended family about the Tea Party of 2007 and have encouraged them to make a donation!

( ) I have told my all of my real-life friends and associates about the Tea Party of 2007 and encouraged them to make a donation!

( ) I have told my neighbors or room mates about the Tea Party and encouraged them to make a donation!

( ) I have sent a message to each person in my Meetup group and encouraged them to support the Tea Party, spread the word about the Tea Party, and to find ways to increase the size of their personal donations!

( ) I have and will continue to make every reasonable effort to find ways to increase the amount of my personal donation to the Tea Party to help reach the goal of ten million dollars. This may include working extra hours, cutting non-essential personal expenditures, selling items of value, or raising funds in some other (legal and ethical) way!
