NBC no longer gets thrill up its leg over Obama?

Is NBC suddenly giving equal time to all views?
Or this is NBC's parting shot during his legacy celeberation week because Obama let UN pass an anti-Israeli settlements resolution?
In any case, unsual. Througout during last 8 years some Americans have had negative views of Obama but for the first time seeing such extremely critical view of Obama being played over and over in prime time on NBC without condemnation of the speaker:

At least they could have called this speaker a "racist" or "deplorable" or something... this is a new precdence for NBC where they are repeatedly broadcasting views of an American calling Obama a "traitor" and decalring Obama's life "worthless" without putting the speaker in his/her place.
