FLL shooter told FBI that gov't controlled his mind

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Esteban Santiago, the accused killer at the crowded baggage claim area of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, told the FBI in November that the government controlled his mind and forced him to watch ISIS videos.
The 26-year-old former combat engineer was born in New Jersey and raised in Puerto Rico. His brother, Bryan Santiago, lives in Penuela, where they grew up. He told reporters their father died, while his brother was serving overseas in the military.


His maternal aunt, Maria Ruiz, who lives in Union City, told reporters in New Jersey (http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2017/01/ft_lauderdale_airport_shooting_suspect_he_went_to. html) that he wasn't the same when he came back from Iraq.
"He lost his mind," Ruiz said in Spanish, as she referred to a psychiatric hospitalization that occurred after he allegedly suffered from hallucinations.
Federal law enforcement officials investigated Santiago last year. He told FBI agents that he heard voices in his head that told him to watch Islamic State materials, but he said he was in control and had no intention of hurting anyone, according to The New York Times (http://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/06/us/fort-lauderdale-airport.html).
His girlfriend and his co-workers warned authorities about Santiago's struggles.

The visit took place last November. The sources said Santiago told agents that US intelligence had infiltrated his mind and were forcing him to watch ISIS propaganda videos.
"In November 2016, Esteban Santiago walked into the Anchorage FBI Field Office to report that his mind was being controlled by a U.S. intelligence agency,” a senior federal law enforcement official said.

Good point, I never thought of that but if someone was crazy then they wouldn't need to be mind controlled but would easily be deceived into being controlled, one might even be able to make them think they are being mind controlled so they install the programming themselves as sort of a placebo/hypnosis. It all depends on your definition of what the word "hack" is, and all of the sudden you can hack someones brain.

I've thought before that some of the 'mass shootings' could be assassinations of particular people but then the media spins it off into some agenda friendly narrative. Charleston incident is another example. I think SC Senator Pinckney was indeed killed that day. The rest of the death tolls were pulled out of thin air. Waco biker shootout is another example.

First time I've seen that video. Sure does look like an assassination. He follows that first shot with a second shot that seems to be panning along with a moving target off to the left (camera view). Would be helpful to see what he does after moving out of camera view. There's got to be another angle out there...
