The "leak" is not any full disclosure for the purpose of providing truth and transparency to the American people.
To the contrary, it is an intentional surreptitious selective "leaked" disinfo campaign with a political agenda to spoon feed propaganda to mislead and herd public opinion for the purpose of trying to intentionally interfere with the new administration's ability to foster good relations, trade, and peace with Russia.

Leaking is corruption?

It can be. Think about J. Edgar Hoover "leaking" embarrassing tapes about MLK. Now let's look at this case. The Obama administration "leaks" information to "prove" their own official story that Russia is the source of the Wikileaks emails. Well....how does Wikileaks combat that? How do they prove that information is false if it is indeed false? If the government is going to accuse someone of something the information shouldn't be "leaked". It should be released. That way the people responsible for the information can be cross examined in a hearing to see if they are telling the truth or not.
