I put this in political news because it does have implications. she tried to use her platform and debate mod role to stop Trump, both in the primaries and general

who gets her time will have similar, maybe even greater influence as O'Reilly will probably be gone by 2019-2020. Fox elected Trump.

Eh. I'm sorry but reading off a teleprompter just ain't worth 25 million. She carries herself like she's something special. I don't think she's all that anyway. If they're gonna put someone up there just for eye candy, at least get someone with some hips and some junk in da trunk. Preferably a brunette.

20-million a year and we are to believe these are objective, impartial journalists/reporters? Yea right, my ass.

Isn't Kelly's show technically opinion/editorial like Hannity's? I don't watch it, but hear about it because my family is full of fanboys/girls. :P

Oh I don't have a clue, I only ever see small clips from these shows. I namely watch Infowars content and keep eyes on Drudge.

I think she's quite smart and quick on her feet. That she's part of the Fake News Establishment is sad.

So she is not going to MSNBC. She's going to the channel I can get without a cable hook up?

Hardly matters when they're sitting behind a desk.

Why women cram their toes up like that in their shoes? It doesn't seem like it'd be very comfortable, if you ask me.

Well, if I had to pick a talking head to watch do news or whatever they call it, it'd likely be her compared to the rest of them. Shes at least a little charismatic.

This is a great loss for Fox News, to lose someone with her journalistic integrity and professionalism.

She started out well but then as she got her own show and let her ego continue to inflate, she turned into a snarky, pompous b!TCH. Cant stand her and thought she would be moving over to CNN soon.

good luck.

I've heard many things, I've even coined a few of my own, but I'm humbled to say that I had to look that one up. It really is, just as it sounds...

Kelly has proven she's willing to sell her soul... Beyond that, I'm betting she's probably a fun person in "real life". She's intelligent, and quite a looker IMO. It will be interesting to see where she lands and how much of her persona she retains. Δ = fox

Will she sell her soul again?

Maybe she can land a position in Trump's cabinet? Perhaps she can be aid to Spicer, the press secretary's secretary? Wouldn't surprise me...

20-million a year and we are to believe these are objective, impartial journalists/reporters? Yea right, my ass.

Fox offered her $25 million a year to stay. http://thehill.com/homenews/media/312672-fox-news-offered-megyn-kelly-100m-to-stay-report

Mediaite said Kelly was offered a four-year Fox News contract at $25 million per year, but rejected it after having already made up her mind to jump to NBC News. Kelly will host her last program on Fox on Friday, though the 46-year-old's current contract officially expires in July.

The terms of Kelly's deal with NBC have not been disclosed, but according to The New York Times, she will not be appearing on Fox’s cable news competitor, MSNBC.

Instead, an afternoon "news and discussion" program will be created for NBC with a time slot yet to be determined. Kelly will also host a weekly Sunday news magazine program.

Low viewership time slots. Fox News Sunday averages 1.3 million viewers. NBC Meet the Press is tops with about 3 million.

Nothing surprising. Another neoconservative moves from Fox to a more appropriate leftist network.

I think Greta was the best news anchor on Fox. She was polite, respectful, and fair.

The mainstream media failed as a whole as journalists this election - opinion and allegiance to Hillary instead of reporting news.
Fox can get rid of Chris Wallace too maybe ?

If you can believe Mediaite, she turned down a $100 million dollar package offer from Fox to stay put.

Fox offered her $25 million a year to stay.

Well, the other article states she demanded $25-million, Fox countered with $20-million, so she left for NBC for $15-million on the BS excuse that she will now have more time with her family--as she will be now be working there wearing three hats and under a contrasting demographic.
