Having retired the "birther" CT after winning GOP nomination, Trump is now pushing a new CT. He seems to be suggesting WH spokesman gets order from someone other than Obama. Not sure if he meant upper management or some other master running the show at WH.

President-elect Donald Trump on Thursday evening slammed White House press secretary Josh Earnest, accusing him of garbling President Obama’s message.
“Having the right press secretary is so important,” Trump said during a rally in Hershey, Pa. "This foolish guy, Josh Earnest. He delivers their message so bad. He could deliver a positive message bad."
“The president’s very positive, but he’s not so positive,” Trump added of Earnest.
"Maybe he’s getting his orders from someone else. Does that make sense?”
Trump’s remarks are the latest development in an escalating war of words (http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/310579-war-of-words-escalates-between-white-house-trump-camp) between top aides for Trump and Obama.

He didn't entertain the idea that maybe the "positive" puppet is playing a double game.
