Denver's KOA Newsradio reports this AM that a few or more electors pledged to vote as the electorate decided are
instead waiting the results of the Russian hacking CIA investigation ordered by Obama before they decide on
how they will vote when the electoral colleges meet in each respective state capitol this Monday.

I wholeheartedly agree, Colorado should have no obligation to vote for someone who committed
crimes in the state of Colorado via the Platte River Network's Oh Shit guy . . . should they ?

I am guessing this will NOT be a 306 - 232 electoral college Trump-Clinton vote on Monday after all . . .

NPR also reports a Texas elector MAY vote for John Kasich instead of Trump . . .
on constitutional grounds that Donald J. Trump is unacceptable. Oh swell . . . here we go again.

I am a little confused by conflicting news reports from radio and print/internet media . . . (and comments in link)
29 states seem to require electors to support popular vote winner (or, is it 29 states allow free unbound electors ?)

Colorado Electors Contest Law Requiring Them to Support Popular Vote Winner

a preliminary injunction was requested, but the lawsuit—which argues that electors should not have to vote in accordance with the state popular vote—may still prevail: it’s pending in federal court.
Meanwhile, the two electors, both Democrats, hope to convince Republican electors across the nation to vote for third party candidates. http://jezebel.com/federal-judge-tells-colorado-electors-that-they-must-ca-1790025774
