This whole blimp thing got me thinking. There is now a company called Liberty Advertising, started by Ron Paul supporters. They are going to have a compelling web page very shortly. They could be earning significant revenue from adds.

Let's form other businesses that promote Ron Paul. We could do this very quickly. Imagine a crowd owned and operated restaurant chain - Ron Paul Burger.

We could find the most saturated Ron Paul area and plop one right there. Supporters would eat there and make it look popular right away. It would attract other people in there too. It would provide jobs. The crowd could determine compensation for employees. Attract attention by compensating them well.

It could spur other businesses structured in a similar way. By the end of Ron Paul's first term we could be running entirely off solar and wind, and ethanol made from hemp, and earning returns on our investments. If we own the entire energy industry, would that mean we'd have free energy? If we owned the entire health care industry would we have free health care? It's going to happen sooner then you think.

I'm not suggesting communism, or socialism. I'm suggesting distributism, where the people own the means of production. We can build an entire new economy right now. We can replace most of this one within a year. What ever is left, whatever the government stands in the way of, well that's what Ron Paul is for. This is a Revolution. This is a new age of humanity. The grass-roots campaign is not going to ever stop. Liberty is aware. Our movement will continue to grow exponentially until it covers the entire globe, uniting everyone with a singular purpose, to ensure the continuing prosperity of all humanity.

As cool as a Ron Paul burger sounds, it is not realistic. A blimp, while farfetched, was doable within the timespan. A restauraunt on the other hand, requires time and lots of it. Ya have to get licensed, inspected, re-licensed, re-inspected, so on and so forth.

Not practical.

We have less than a month to raise Congressman Paul's support in Iowa and New Hampshire a likely unprecedented amount for him to have any chance at winning the nomination.

If you want to help Ron Paul, order Slim Jims from the official campaign store, or get them for free from your meetup group, and go out in your neighborhood at least 1 day next weekend and distribute them.

That will make more of a difference than any blimp or burger.

If we don't do this, then it's all over for us before it even begins. This is very serious.

Yeah, and imagine being only one bad burger away from being elected too! There have been beef recalls in the last month over ecoli bateria contamination.

Why not just slap bumper stickers on the pizza boxes or wrap the burgers with a flyer and stick slim jims in the happy meals?

Not when RP is president. :)

Because this is a total revolution. We can take control of all the resources of this nation and use them to advance our agenda, the same way the tyrants have. Instead of waging endless war, our agenda will be to provide for the continuing prosperity of all humanity.

Don't you think we could achieve that if enough people were aware of it? We've already got a blimp. Meetups are about to go national. This is a new world. We must tell people. Ron Paul burger.

I think it would greatly enhance our campaign, to see that the grass roots is providing real jobs to people, and promoting the name of Ron Paul. People should be thinking, if I support Ron Paul(Liberty), I will be provided for too.

When Ron Paul burger makes money, it could go back to the people who funded it. Imagine a nationwide chain of restaurants that earns Ron Paul supporters money to spend on supporting Ron Paul.

The current establishment is not very beneficial to the average American. Our establishment is.

We have the means to make this any world we wish. Ron Paul started the ball rolling, and it's not going to stop.

No comment on the burger idea, but I want to comment on your idea of 'crowd-owned' and 'the people own the means of production'. It doesn't work. The reason the blimp is a success is because one or two people took charge of it. All great accomplishments are the work of one or two people and their vision. Yes, we all helped, but it would have collapsed if there wasn't someone in charge, if it was just a massive flat committee.

You want to start a for-profit business that supports Ron Paul? That's great. Pick a business partner you can trust and that is competent, and get started. We can give ideas, we can provide investment funding - but you do not want to share control with a thousand people if you want this to succeed.

ALL of the successful grassroots projects are ultimately managed by one or two people who make the final decision and have the ultimate responsibility.

Yeah, that tends to work out poorly. Hell, even the Green Bay Packers have to have leadership of some sort.
