President-elect Donald Trump trashed the reported assessment by the Central Intelligence Agency that Russia interfered in the U.S. presidential election in an effort to help him win the White House, calling it “just another excuse” pushed by the Democrats to undercut his stunning victory.
“I think it’s ridiculous,” Trump told Chris Wallace in interview that aired on “Fox News Sunday,” his first Sunday show sit-down since winning the election (http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/12/11/trump-claims-russian-interference-in-2016-race-ridiculous-dems-making-excuses.html). “I don’t believe it.”
In October, 17 U.S. intelligence agencies, including the CIA, concluded that Russian hacking of American “political organizations” like the Democratic National Committee was an attempt to undermine confidence in the U.S. electoral system. On Friday, the Washington Post reported (https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/obama-orders-review-of-russian-hacking-during-presidential-campaign/2016/12/09/31d6b300-be2a-11e6-94ac-3d324840106c_story.html?utm_term=.b054d0b494bc&wpisrc=nl_most-draw6&wpmm=1) that the CIA now says it is now “quite clear” that electing Trump was Russia’s goal.
“If you look at the story and you take a look at what they said, there’s great confusion,” Trump told Wallace. “Nobody really knows, and hacking is very interesting. Once they hack, if you don’t catch them in the act you’re not going to catch them. They have no idea if it’s Russia or China or somebody. It could be somebody sitting in a bed someplace. I mean, they have no idea.”

Trump is lying again. CIA always tells the truth.

To be fair, it's just one agency but all "17 agencies" have concluded same according to respected politician Elija Cummings (sic?) who was guest on MSNBC.

On top of that, one of the most honest and trustworthy Presidents in US history is also questioning integrity of elections:

Obama questions the integrity of elections (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?505168-Obama-questions-the-integrity-of-elections&)

Dear Russia:
Thank you for hacking Hillary's brain and making her call half the country deplorable.
Thank you for hacking Hillary's inner circle and making them avoid visiting Wisconsin.
Thank you for hacking Hillary's immune system
and making her a phlegm-spewing, motor seizing, side of beef.
We owe you!

It is interesting that the main stream is now resorting to conspiracy theories after years of denouncing them. Perhaps we are entering a paradigm shift.

The world has flipped on its head. Alternate media is becoming more influential than MSM. Democrats are wacko conspiracy theorists believing in Russian Hackers and fear being rounded up in FEMA camps. Politicians are no longer bought by billionaires but are Billionaires. Russia is our ally for peace and NATO(turkey)endangers the USA.

Joint Statement from the Department Of Homeland Security and Office of the Director of National Intelligence on Election Security
Release Date:
October 7, 2016

DHS and ODNI Seals

For Immediate Release
DHS Press Office
Contact: 202-282-8010

The U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC) is confident that the Russian Government directed the recent compromises of e-mails from US persons and institutions, including from US political organizations. The recent disclosures of alleged hacked e-mails on sites like DCLeaks.com and WikiLeaks and by the Guccifer 2.0 online persona are consistent with the methods and motivations of Russian-directed efforts. These thefts and disclosures are intended to interfere with the US election process. Such activity is not new to Moscow—the Russians have used similar tactics and techniques across Europe and Eurasia, for example, to influence public opinion there. We believe, based on the scope and sensitivity of these efforts, that only Russia's senior-most officials could have authorized these activities.

Some states have also recently seen scanning and probing of their election-related systems, which in most cases originated from servers operated by a Russian company. However, we are not now in a position to attribute this activity to the Russian Government. The USIC and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) assess that it would be extremely difficult for someone, including a nation-state actor, to alter actual ballot counts or election results by cyber attack or intrusion. This assessment is based on the decentralized nature of our election system in this country and the number of protections state and local election officials have in place. States ensure that voting machines are not connected to the Internet, and there are numerous checks and balances as well as extensive oversight at multiple levels built into our election process.

Nevertheless, DHS continues to urge state and local election officials to be vigilant and seek cybersecurity assistance from DHS. A number of states have already done so. DHS is providing several services to state and local election officials to assist in their cybersecurity. These services include cyber “hygiene” scans of Internet-facing systems, risk and vulnerability assessments, information sharing about cyber incidents, and best practices for securing voter registration databases and addressing potential cyber threats. DHS has convened an Election Infrastructure Cybersecurity Working Group with experts across all levels of government to raise awareness of cybersecurity risks potentially affecting election infrastructure and the elections process. Secretary Johnson and DHS officials are working directly with the National Association of Secretaries of State to offer assistance, share information, and provide additional resources to state and local officials.

The anonymous intelligence report from unnamed 'officials' is such bogus bullshit.

That being said. Of course Russia interfered with the election. The US has been interfering with and overthrowing sovereign government for 100 years. Blowback is a bitch!

Trump calls CIA assessment of Russian interference in U.S. election ‘ridiculous'

It is NOT even a CIA assessment. It is a story from the discredited Washington Post citing an anonymous source claiming a "secret" CIA assessment.

Even the WaPo itself confirms in its Fake News Propaganda Story (https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/obama-orders-review-of-russian-hacking-during-presidential-campaign/2016/12/09/31d6b300-be2a-11e6-94ac-3d324840106c_story.html?utm_term=.2e858944e40a), there is not evidence that the Kremlin directed any hacking operation, obtaining e-mails that went to Wikileaks, thereby helping Trump and hurting Clinton in the election. Rather they allege it was mysterious hackers "one step" removed. To quote the article:
“…intelligence agencies do not have specific intelligence showing officials in the Kremlin ‘directing’ the identified individuals to pass the Democratic emails to WikiLeaks, a second senior U.S. official said. Those actors, according to the official, were ‘one step’ removed [which of course includes anyone] from the Russian government, rather than government employees. Moscow has in the past used middlemen to participate in sensitive intelligence operations so it has plausible deniability.”
In other words, the discredited WaPo has no evidence Russia "hacked" the US elections, but WaPo decided to report such a claim anyway.

As PCR explains:
"If the CIA is actually stupid enough to believe this, the US is without a competent intelligence agency. Of course, the CIA didn’t say and doesn’t believe any such thing. The fake news stories in the presstitute media are all sourced to unnamed officials."

McConnell announces Senate probe of suspected Russian election interference: ‘The Russians are not our friends’

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Monday strongly condemned any foreign interference with U.S. elections and announced that the Senate intelligence panel will investigate Russia’s suspected election interference.

“The Russians are not our friends,” he told reporters at a scheduled year-end news conference.

McConnell’s announcement came a day after a group of senators called for a thorough, bipartisan investigation of Russian interference. Some have endorsed the idea of a special select committee to lead an inquiry, but McConnell stopped short of endorsing that, saying that any congressional probe would follow “regular order” through the current committee structure.

“This simply cannot be a partisan issue,” he said, before adding that the Intelligence Committee “is more than capable of conducting a complete review of this matter.”

I blame Russia for everything wrong and all the worlds problems. It really feels good. Everyone should do it. Today my car would not start. Of course it had to be Russian hackers messing with my cars on board computer. Then I found out It actually had no gas. I am sure the Russians siphoned it out of my tank. I tried to get a ride from a neighbor, but said he was too busy, he must be a Russian agent.

So basically conspire to and then commit serious crime. Have an acquaintance that knows about it leak your crime to authorities and they get prosecuted/persecuted.

My concern is that after Trump takes charge of WH, the agencies will change tone that would align with Trump's direction.
