Ron is very old-school. Gotta respect that. Rarely see the suit change. I think I've only seen him wear 3 or 4 ties.
But I like that. It's different.

I noticed the new suit too, and he appears to have gained weight or got a hair cut.....looks very nice.

Latinos are normally very much into appearance, Dr. Paul probably was told or knew that and gave him an oppertunity to buy a new suit.

I think the suit had broader shoulders, makes him more imposing. Yeah, it would serve him well not to take off that suit until the swearing in. Seriously, he needs to be perceived as more "presidential". Even thought it's b.s, perception is important.
