James Everett Dutschke is once again appealing his conviction for manufacturing and mailing ricin.

Dutschke, 44, is currently serving a 25-year sentence in a federal prison in Colorado.

He pleaded guilty to charges after federal indictments accused him of mailing ricin-laced letters to the President, a U. S. Senator and Lee County Justice Court Judge Sadie Holland.

In his appeal, Dutschke contends the charges are flawed because it lists ricin as a "biological" weapon instead of a "chemical" weapon.

He contends the error dramatically affected the outcome of the court proceedings because of federal evidence rules relating to chemical weapons.

He claimed Conspiracy and said he was essentially being set up, and obviously his plea was innocent...

Why has this man not been given a chance to clear his name with the media? Paul Kevin Curtis has gotten hours and hours and days of airtime... James Dutschke.. Practically No time.. None.

One video is shared when he is cooped up in another person's house as he desperately tries to share his side of the story. Since then, media-black-out.

Guess you missed the parts where he "forgets" about the feud he had had with this man for years online, the "encounter" he had where he went to a business meating Dutschke was having with his Ex-Wife, and insisted Dutschke publish and article about how he had found body parts in a medical center?

What about the part where Curtis admitted he "wish he had" framed Dutschke? Not compelling to you? Interesting.
