Has Trump crossed the line by inviting a foreign Prez who called historic current US Prez "son of a whore" multiple times? Or this is acceptable under Trump's MAGA doctrine?

Not a fan of DGP but this seems like a violation of unwritten codes of Presidential transitions and an unprecedented event in US presidential politics.

The only actual quotes that I can find are Duterte saying kill the dealers, not the users:

And that is why Trump invited Duterte to the White House - to stick it to Obama.

The bad news is that Trump wants to stick it to Obama so badly, it will probably cloud his judgement and result in some poor decisions.

A good diplomat is willing to talk with foreign leaders even if they're bad people. Not that I think Trump is a good Diplomat, but being willing to interact with Duterte isn't exactly something I'd hold against him.

Well Actually agreeing with Dutere is a completely different matter.

I do not think that it's a bad thing that Trump Invited Dutere to the White Wouse. That does not mean that I automatically agree with every single thing Trump said with respect to Dutere. It does not even meant that I agree with the tings trumps said in that specific meeting that he invited Dutere to.

If the Philippines feels vigilantes are one of the ways to deal with their drug problem, I as an American, who only understands America, have no right to tell them any differently. That's how sovereignty works, that is what nations and borders are for.
