It's a good question.

We've donated to this project and would like to know who we should contact to schedule our time slot to ride on the Ron Paul Blimp. I would think by now a list with time slots had been started already. Who do we contact to make these arrangements?

Given that the Blimp is going to fly, I don't think it is a lie :)

I think they just say that as far as time goes. For example, if you donate $10, you won't actually get on for one minute and then hop off. They're just giving you an idea of how long your donation will pay for keeping it in the air. It's called a timeshare. You have to donate at least $5,000 to actually get to ride it.

READ MORE CAREFULLY before spending money.

You are paying for 10 minutes of a large airship to be in the air with a large advertisement on it that you AGREED to sponsor. That is, essentially, YOUR design and advertisement for 10 minutes. Enjoy.
