There is only a couple of hours left until the Q2 2007 finance totals are in. How much money do you think Ron Paul raised during that period?

I went with between 4 and 5 million. I wanted to go with my heart and say more, but I don't want to get my hopes up.

I sure am hoping that today's Iowa rally yielded a few big donors... :)

I agree, he needs all the support he can get! I hope we get a figure soon, because I'm going to drive myself crazy wondering what it's going to be! :)

The equally important number is the total number of donors. In the first quarter, Dr. Paul raised money from more individuals in NH than any Republican except Mitt. Please, no excuses not to give something.

I'm gonna say he raised around 3 million dollars. Not a lot compared to others --- but he doesn't need it, the internet is free!

Few weeks ago it looked like he would raise around 3-3.5 million, but I believe he will now raise somewhere around 4.3-5million.

He still needs LOT of money for campaign ads on mainstream media.

I said 4-5...I'm hoping for at least that, but if the 2 mil thing was true we might be a bit short.

I'm thinking 2 million. This would be a 300% increase from Q1! Let's try not to get greedy.

They had 2 million almost a month ago. It's got to be more NOW. We're going to need mega bucks for campaign advertisement. Also HQ needs to hire more people to coordinate the campaign.

True, but remember he was only an announced candidate for something like 18 days in Q1...and no exposure or fundraising except from those who followed him most religiously.

You bet I'm greedy! :p

I'm guessing 4, and I think that may be a bit conservative.

Everybody needs to keep pushing, keep pushing, keep pushing this campaign at the grassroots level. We are not getting any free rides from the mainstream media. We ARE the campaign. Keep up with the work, wear your Ron Paul button, pass out flyers, do freeway blogging, keep donating what you can, spread the word by word of mouth to friends, acquaintances, put Ron Paul signs in your windows.....keep on pushing.... and we will keep growing.....

We are the ONLY grassroots campaign of anywhere this magnitude in the Presidential race.

We are a bottom up campaign, not a top down campaign.

We CAN CONTINUE to do great work!!!!!

Keep the faith!

How long is RP going to continue to be full time in the house? At some point he has to say...... I think I better serve the nation campaigning full time to help save the nation, instead of casting a few house votes that will probably not change the outcome of anything.?

Its much much much harder to raise funds when you are full time in the Capitol.
