This grassroots movement is much more than just another presidential campaign for many people abroad. They know that we're making a stand against government control and the the powerful people who wish to silence us. They may not be able to share in this battle, but I have no doubt that they are watching from their homeland and learning from our experiences.
Do you guys still remember the excitement of November 6th (the day after our first money bomb)? Do you remember all that press coverage and all the interviews with Dr. Paul? The word "kook" and "fringe" hasn't been thrown around quite as much since that day. But the word "liberty" is starting to mean something again.
There will be a lot of media attention following our next big money bomb, too. But things have changed a lot since then. We've raised expectations considerably. However, if we succeed in reaching our much publicized goal of ten million dollars in 24 hours, there will no longer be any legitimate way for anyone to say that Ron Paul and his message does not have enough popular support to be taken seriously in this election. In fact, I suspect he will dominate the storylines leading up to the Iowa caucus.
Please work very hard this final preparation week. And please give every penny you possibly can on December 16th.
