Did he rebel against his handlers?

https://www.yahoo.com/music/report-kanye-west-hospitalized-following-013456457.html

According to NBC the rapper was under observation at a Los Angeles hospital, with TMZ reporting it is UCLA Medical Center and that he is there for a psychiatric evaluation. NBC’s source says the police responded to a medical welfare call around 1:20 PM PST. Sources say the decision to hospitalize West wasn’t due to criminal activity but out of concern “for his own health and safety.”

I would have also picked the numbers to the powerball, says every mental person the day after the powerball draw. His statement would have carried some weight if he said it BEFORE the election not after. This just sounds like something a fair weather supporter would say.

Obviously you didn't listen to his 25+ minute rant.

He wanted to voice his disdain for Hillary and his support for Trump, but his managers and everybody told him to at least wait until after the election, he goes into all the gory details about it throughout the rants. He also goes into huge detail about the media, how they are constantly lying to everybody about everything from who is winning the election to what Donald Trump said or did. He talks about Hillary's horrendous foreign policy and corruption. He talks about how much he enjoyed the debates and how he liked Trump's whole style of attack and how he played the media. This wasn't just an off the cuff statement, he had an entire story and ideology formed around his opinion on the topic.

Sorry but he waited until it was safe to voice his opinion. All the stuff you said could be all true but his message loses a lot of credibility because he said it after the election. Was there anything about Kanye West pre election that would point to him being a Trump supporter?

Interestingly, in this video he doesn't say the part about wanting to vote for Trump

Edit: I watched a few vids of his rant last night, could have sworn he brought it up directly, but didn't hear it in the above video - but he did allude to it several times I believe, in an indirect way, in the video above.. I think he may have done a couple rants during the show.

Political abuse of psychiatry in the Soviet Union From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

There was systematic political abuse of psychiatry (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_abuse_of_psychiatry) in the Soviet Union (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_Union),[1] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_abuse_of_psychiatry_in_the_Soviet_Union# cite_note-1) based on the interpretation of political opposition or dissent as a psychiatric problem.[2] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_abuse_of_psychiatry_in_the_Soviet_Union# cite_note-2) It was called "psychopathological mechanisms" of dissent.[3] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_abuse_of_psychiatry_in_the_Soviet_Union# cite_note-FOOTNOTEKondratev2010181-3)

I do not know what this is all about. It all seems very odd to me. So points of concern that concern me include:

1. Is Kayne's recent outbursts at all related to Kim's alleged robbery of millions of dollars worth of jewelry? (personally, I found that incident rather suspect, are they preparing for something? E.g., getting extra cash/obtaining finances that will be outside the control of their handlers via insurance claims on their "stolen" property.)

2. Is this a mere ploy by Kanye's promoters to get out of their combined contractual obligations (or is it just that Kanye has gotten hooked on some funky narcotics)?

3. Kanye left his concert to fly to were Kim was, abandoning his in progress concert; however, in this instance there has been no mention of Kim leaving NY to come to the aid of Kanye in CA.

ETA (interesting): http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-3957928/Kanye-West-having-nervous-breakdown-Friends-say-stressed-exhausted-star-cancelled-Saint-Pablo-Tour-s-spiraling-control-Kim-leaves-home-East-coast-event.html

4. This is Kanye's second outburst during a concert in the last week. With this newest one taking the cake, showing up almost 2-hours late, and going on a nearly 30-minute rant only 3-songs into the concert--also with Snoop live streaming his own comments live from the concert that Kanye was crazy out of his mind.

5. Kanye in his rant warned that something was coming, is this what he meant by that threat--that he was going to get out of his tour costing its promoters, tens of millions in profits and effectively ending his musical career?

There appears to be a possible narrative shift happening, where certain minority groups will come to realize truths, such as the KKK originated with the Democratic Party. It may become quite clear if even more corruption is revealed, that perhaps the DNC and it’s political powers are not in fact to the benefit of its voters.

Indeed I hope we see more parties.

There are 3 main types of black people who support Trump. The severely mentally, low IQ retarded ones (silk and silly), attention seekers and "Look at me white people, I am a different kind of black" black people. The thing with Kanye West is that he embodies all 3 kinds in one. Listen to him speak and you can tell that there isn't much going up stairs. He pretends to be some high and mighty woke intellectual but dissecting his words and you realize its all rubbish. He is attention seeking because of the public antics he does. GWB doesn't like black people, MTV award stun, twitter public rantings etc etc. And lastly he really wants to convince gullible white people that he is not the same and better than the black people who voted for Obama. He thinks that it makes him special to leave the dem plantation only to seek acceptance to the republican plantation. He is the kind of person who thinks that in a two party system, salvation achieved by pledging support to one of the parties.

The part that really baffles me is the fact that anyone is buying this scam, the white people especially who voted for Trump should reject him. He after all is a man who hates white people(but loves them when they are praising him and giving him money by buying his over priced shoes and crappy music), involved in interracial relationship and lastly is somewhat of a black nationalist. The man embodies everything you should hate about the world but for some reason none of that bothers you because he now kinda supports the Donald.

You know, if I came into an elevator, had a gun with 1 bullet and Kanye West and a cobra was thrown into the elevator, I will kill Kanye West and take my chances with the cobra. I am saying this as someone who is terrified of snakes.

What a bunch of horse shit. Did you even listen to why he likes Trump? He hates the Democrats because they blame all of black people's problems on white people.. You see, they put out the narrative that black people had their resources stolen from Africa, their labor stolen through slavery and then discriminated against and through their oppression and only through that oppression white people were able to become wealthy.. and if white people weren't such horrible people, then black people would be rich too because of all the wealth that was stolen from them.

Kanye believes that black people need to stop focusing on racism and focus on themselves and improve themselves to they can become better and more prosperous. The opportunities for them are there. Focusing on racism and believing that they are owed something by white people is actually harming them.

It's really that simple, and he is absolutely correct.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w7M9eYHjCKQ

I agree that socialism is not the solution to problems in the black community, but it's asinine to pretend that there has not been a systematic government sponsored racist cause. The police force, that's really oppressing everybody, began as a way to catch runaway slaves. The drug laws are aimed at blacks and, sadly, many black leaders went along with it. Same with gun control. Ronald Reagan loved gun control as a governor because he wanted guns taken from the black panthers. You don't have to deny that problems exist in order to find real solutions. When Booker T. Washington was pushing economic development on the front end, he was secretly funding lawsuits against Jim Crowe laws on the back end. My personal opinion of Candace Owens is....she's got some growing and learning to do. I remember when Tony Brown of Tony Brown's Journal fame openly quit the democratic party and joined the Republican party back in the 1980s. But he eventually left the Republican party because of all of the racism and patronizing of blacks he saw. I fully concur with Tony Brown. The Democrats suck. The Republicans blow. Violent crime in this country is at a 20 year low, the black teenage birth rate has been steadily declining for the past 20 years, and yet, for no explicable reason, police shootings are at record highs. I would like Candace Owens to explain to the parents of Tamir Rice why it was okay for him to be gunned down for playing with a BB gun. I would like her to explain why the 911 operator is not in prison for taking a call where an idiot white woman decided that a kid playing with what was probably a toy gun was a reason to call the police in the first place and then the 911 operator lied to her fellow officers and said "Active shooter." I would like Ms. Owens to explain to the family of Eric Garner how it is that an officer could put Mr. Garner in a choke hold that went against NYPD policy, and the coroner could label his death a homicide, and yet nobody went to prison. It's not like we don't know who did the homicide. I would like Ms. Owens to explain how a flash bang grenade can be thrown into a child's crib and blow a hole in his chest and nobody goes to prison. I would like Ms. Owens to explain how police can bust into a house guns blazing looking for a suspect who's not there, kill a 7 year old girl and nobody goes to prison. I would like Ms. Owens to explain how Freddie Gray can be alive when he is put in the back of a police van, dead when the ride is over, and nobody goes to prison. I would like Ms. Owens to explain how an officer can pull over Philando Castille, Mr. Castille tells him "I am a concealed carry holder", Mr. Castille is told go get his wallet, Mr. Castille reaches for his wallet, the officer says "Don't reach for that gun", Mr. Castille says "I'm not reaching for a gun", the officer kills him anyway, and the officer gets off on the lame excuse that he was "in fear of his life" even though his partner was not afraid.

We shall see if the black Somali immigrant officer who killed the blonde haired, blue eyed white woman from Australia gets off. He might. He's got the same "I was afraid" excuse. And in this case his partner was also afraid. And yes, there have been other whites murdered by police. Kelly Thomas comes immediately to mind. The teenager on his way home from the church basketball game also comes to mind. And the homeless guy that got shot on video for no apparent reason. However that doesn't take away from the racist origins of the police force. As Tony Brown used to say "Blacks are the canary in the coal mind. Whites should pay attention. What happens to blacks will ultimately happen to them." I have lived to see that with the mostly black crack epidemic morphing into the mostly white meth epidemic and now the mostly white opioid crisis. More and more whites are being abused by police. Except....

You're missing the point.. Every narrative has SOME amount of truth to it, but it is still mostly based on lies and the conclusion is totally wrong.. but let's take a look at a couple of these you mention.

resources were stolen from Africa

I would argue they were mostly harvested from Africa. If Africans were harvesting it themselves and selling it, we would have just bought it from them. But we brought the equipment, tools, resources and know-how to harvest resources in Africa that were not being utilized by the local population. In some cases they may have even purchased the land, in other cases it may have been largely empty, and in some cases they may have used less than honorable means to acquire the land. This is a complicated topic, do you nationalize these industries to benefit the local population or do you just let the free market take over? In a free market, would a white person not be allowed to go to Africa and harvest resources on land that they acquire legitimately?

But what you really miss is the conclusion - black people in Africa would have been rich and wealthy instead if we didn't harvest the resources in Africa. Do you believe that?

...labor was stolen through slavery....

Not by anybody alive today, and it didn't benefit anybody alive today. The industrial revolution would have happened sooner if we got rid of slavery sooner, we were all being held back by that wretched institution.

and oppression is still going on.

LOL, ya, white people are being oppressed as much or more through taxation (which is ironically, slavery), black people are being oppressed through their addiction to state welfare.

I'll bet if you counted up the number of hours black slaves worked for white people during slavery, and counted up the number of hours white people have slaved away in taxes for black people on welfare, most people would be pretty surprised at the results.

It figures that a Trumpkin would make a comparison between involuntary slavery and voluntary paid labor. It's like the freedom part of the issue doesn't even register in that kind of brain.

1) Straw man argument. I never said who would or would not be richer.

2) Some most certainly would have.

3) Haiti, which was originally a slave colony, wouldn't be broke of they hadn't paid France gold reparations for the revolution that gained their freedom.

4) Black would probably be better off if Britain had won the revolutionary war. Slavely ended sooner in British colonies and black GDP in places like the Bahamas are higher than in the U.S. That doesn't mean I wish the U.S. had lost the revolutionary war.

Really your whole argument is retarded.

Dannno you are a pyromaniac in a field of strawman. I never said that YOU stole black labor so get off your high horse! Yes ending slavery was good for everyone. I often say to idiots who still want to be butt hurt over the union kicking the south's collective butts in the civil war that the end of slavery was good for the south. That has NOTHING to do with anything I said.

LOL, ya, white people are being oppressed as much or more through taxation (which is ironically, slavery), black people are being oppressed through their addiction to state welfare.

More strawman bullshit that has nothing to do with anything I said.

DO YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO REPLY TO WHAT I SAID?

I will copy and paste it for you jackass.

What a bunch of horse $#@!.

Except....resources were stolen from Africa...labor was stolen through slavery....and oppression is still going on.

Abortion was originally aimed at blacks and its affecting the white community now. The pit you dig for someone else you often fall into it yourself.

Kanye West is one of the most successful rappers of the 21th century.

Following is one of the biggest hits of his first album; after he had been a successful producer for a couple for years.
Kanye West ft. Syleena Johnson - All falls down (2004)

https://youtu.be/8kyWDhB_QeI

Oh when it all, it all falls down
I'm telling you oh, it all falls down

I say f*ck the police, that's how I treat em
We buy our way out of jail, but we can't buy freedom
We'll buy a lot of clothes when we don't really need em
Things we buy to cover up what's inside

Cause they make us hate ourself and love they wealth
That's why shortys hollering "where the ballas' at?"
Drug dealer buy Jordans, crackhead buy crack
And a white man get paid off of all of that

Planned Parenthood may have abandoned the explicitly racist and eugenic views of its founder Margaret Sanger, but the majority of its abortion "services" are still provided to lower-income and minority women. Every day nearly 2,000 African-American babies lose their lives to abortion, a rate five times higher than the Caucasian abortion rates.

I support the black lives matter movement. I have long advocated an end to the drug war, police militarization, and other threats to liberty that disproportionately victimize African-Americans. However, I wish some of the black lives matter movement’s passion and energy was directed to ending abortion. Unborn black lives also matter.

It's funny how you claim to not be disagreeing with what you are disagreeing with. Again:

Except....resources were stolen from Africa...labor was stolen through slavery....and oppression is still going on.

Resources, human and otherwise, were stolen from Africa. Anytime you take something without paying for it and it's not a gift, that's theft. That taxation is also theft is non sequitur to the point. Labor was stolen through slavery. That's not even debatable. And oppression is still going on. Hence my quoting Ron Paul.

I said that a portion of the narrative being correct does not make the entire narrative correct nor the conclusion, and I challenged you on what you believed to be true (re: resources, slavery, oppression) and went in depth regarding how black oppression and slavery does not particularly benefit white people in the present day and how harvesting resources on legitimately acquired land is a free market activity - and how white people are currently enslaved and oppressed by the government arguably worse than black people through taxation (which is slavery).

I suggest you go back and read the post in detail because there is a lot more there, but would you argue that black slaves put in more time as slaves for the 200+ years of black slavery we had in the US, or do you think that white people have put in more time as slaves paying welfare for black people in the 50+ years we have had welfare? The wisdom of Kanye:

I don't subscribe the term and concept of God fearing. That's a dated mentality that was used to control people. We are in the future. If God is love and love it's the opposite of fear then to fear God makes no sense

Yes, Kanye, the fear of God IS DEFINITELY meant to control people. To keep them from doing things that piss off God and make God hate you.

Fearing God, means fearing what will happen to you for breaking the law. Loving God is on the far side of maturity. First you fear Him then you learn to love in kind of a yin/yang type God relationship.

But fear is the beginning, as the Word says...

Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom,

and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.

Kanye's babble is the wisdom of the world, which is foolishness masquerading as intellectualism. He sounds drunk in his tweets. But he's famous, it's somehow worth paying attention to.

To me this tweet of his says, "I don't fear God. Being wise is a dated concept. We are wiser than all generations before us. I believe love is the opposite of fear."

Just words of an imbecile.

We are talking about Kanye. Kanye claims that black people need to stop focusing on racism and blaming white people for their problems and focus on themselves.

What you seem to lack the intelligence to understand is that you can focus on helping yourself without pretending what happened to you somehow didn't happen. If you were molested as a child, spending all of your time being mad at your molester doesn't fix your problems. But neither does pretending the molestation didn't happen or that somehow the molester is a "victim too" because his life sucked after being put on the abuse registry. Yep, slavery hurt white people too. Your point?

Ron Paul is capable of reaching black people because, once he finally distanced himself from the assholes who wrote his newsletters, he was actually able to talk about real problems in the black community, acknowledge that systematic racial government oppression still exits, then ask the question "Do you really think more government will fix the problem" where the answer to that is obviously no.

The current narrative is that black people are only impoverished because of slavery, white people stealing resources from Africa and black oppression - and that white people profit from all of these things and that is why white people are rich and black people are poor.

Except that I NEVER SAID THAT! Do you know what a straw man argument is? Are you mentally capable enough to understand the concept of a straw man argument? Because that's what you keep doing over and over again.

We are analyzing his thoughts on racial issues in the US which he has expressed in speeches in his concerts, youtube/periscope videos, his thoughts on Candance Owens, how the left is reacting to Kanye supporting Trump and telling people the fake news media is keeping them in the matrix or whatever..

If all you did was read his tweet about Candace Owens, but then you didn't go and listen to media interviews with Candance Owens and learn about what she discusses then you are not talking about what we are discussing in this thread, you are simply talking about pop-culture. No, no, no.. you can't make the narrative "white people stole from black people, but the answer is not for black people to steal from white people". That is not a very convincing argument, even if it is correct. But as I've said, the premises are wrong and we have to get back to discussing them.

Slavery happened, it helped some white slave owners alive 200 years ago, it did NOT help any white people alive today. White people abolished slavery, white people went around the world and helped to end slavery. Black people enslaved black people, Muslims enslaved black people for tens of thousands of years it was a common institution and white people helped end all that (although it still exists today, not in any white countries..).. and another thing.. they don't have a lot of black people living in Iraq.. why? Because they castrated all their black slaves. But hey, leftist culture says Muslims are great people and we need to bring millions of them here, and white people are evil racists. Don't you see a huge problem with this??

I pointed out the facts about the past, but 90% of what I wrote THAT YOU TOTALLY IGNORED was about PRESENT DAY OPPRESSION! Black people aren't oppressed by white people, they are oppressed by the government. White people are oppressed by the government, to an even greater degree, through taxation. This tax money goes to black people on welfare. White people are slaves to black people. This is the third time I've said that, how can you POSSIBLY claim that I have ignored the issue of "present day oppression" when I've now repeated it three times without it being addressed?

resources were stolen from Africa (not "harvested")

Actually a portion of the resources were in fact stolen, and a portion were harvested - unless you are against the free market. What percentage of resources do you believe were legitimately harvested and what percentage do you believe were stolen? White people have every right to go harvest resources in Africa on land that is legitimately acquired, right? Or do you not believe that to be true? Again, this it the third time I've said this and you have yet to say specifically what you disagree with, all you do is make a  face and say I'm wrong. Tell me that you think white people don't have a right to any resources in Africa if that is what you believe, then I can move on and ask more questions to see if you agree with those.

No, no, no.. you can't make the narrative "white people stole from black people, but the answer is not for black people to steal from white people". That is not a very convincing argument, even if it is correct. But as I've said, the premises are wrong and we have to get back to discussing them.

What? Let me get this straight. You actually believe that a group that has been stolen from has the right to steal from other people who were not born when the stealing took place? That is your argument? Seriously?

Okay I get it now. You are not as intelligent as I thought. You just really lack any kind of libertarian intellectual rigor. Let me help you out. Socialism is simply impractical. Look at the Soviet Union itself. The Russians had indeed been oppressed and stolen from by the czars. People shouldn't be able to take from others simply because they were born with a noble title and have an army to back them up. That doesn't make what happened in the Russian revolution good. If you lack the brains to understand that then please educate yourself before you try any further to advocate for libertarian causes Dannno.

Slavery happened, it helped some white slave owners alive 200 years ago, it did NOT help any white people alive today.

I never said it did help any white people today. That said, there are people living today who have generational wealth derived from slavery, so your point is another lie. To say it didn't help any white people today is to pretend that generational old money wealth that traces back to slavery doesn't exist. Now it doesn't help most white people today and it didn't help most white people when it existed and it was never designed to help them.

White people abolished slavery, white people went around the world and helped to end slavery.

Are you trying to claim now that they did it by themselves?

Black people enslaved black people, Muslims enslaved black people for tens of thousands of years it was a common institution and white people helped end all that (although it still exists today, not in any white countries..)..

Yes. That has nothing to do with anything I said. I never said that white people were the only ones involved in the slave trade. In fact when I spoke about the slave trade I didn't even mention white people. I simply said it happened. Stupid "counter" argument by you.

and another thing.. they don't have a lot of black people living in Iraq.. why? Because they castrated all their black slaves. But hey, leftist culture says Muslims are great people and we need to bring millions of them here, and white people are evil racists. Don't you see a huge problem with this??

Dannno, I have not defended Muslims in anything I said. More bullshit from you. There were quite a few blacks living in Libya before Obama bombed the hell out of Gaddafi. And your pimp daddy Trump supported the Libya campaign before he was against it. That said, black Muslim Moors took over Spain. While they were there they instituted religious freedom. When they were kicked out the wonderful white Christians began murdering the wonderful white Jews.

Black people aren't oppressed by white people, they are oppressed by the government. White people are oppressed by the government, to an even greater degree, through taxation.

According to Ron Paul the government disproportionately oppresses black people. But I guess once you started supporting Trump you quit supporting Ron Paul.

This tax money goes to black people on welfare. White people are slaves to black people. This is the third time I've said that, how can you POSSIBLY claim that I have ignored the issue of "present day oppression" when I've now repeated it three times without it being addressed?

Yes. Being taxed is worse than being disproportionately raped in prison. And whites who make the same amount as blacks are taxed at the same rate so your argument is ignorant. If you want to talk economics, blacks with the same credit score routinely get screwed on loans.

Actually a portion of the resources were in fact stolen, and a portion were harvested - unless you are against the free market.

And again with the straw men. I never said 100% of the resources taken from African were stolen! I said resources were stolen! So let's say I buy your TV, then tie you up, kidnap your children, and steal your stereo. If you file a police report can I then say you are against the free market?

What percentage of resources do you believe were legitimately harvested and what percentage do you believe were stolen?

I don't know and I don't care. If I purchase most of the goods out of your house and steal 10% I still stole. It would be asinine of me to say you were anti free market for pointing out the theft.

White people have every right to go harvest resources in Africa on land that is legitimately acquired, right?

If you paid attention to my previous post, I debunked what you just said, twice now, this is the third time.. Slavery didn't enrich white people, it held everybody back - the industrial revolution would have started much sooner if slavery had ended sooner, so there is no wealth that white people have because of slavery, in fact, white people have LESS wealth because of the government institution of slavery.

WTF? Slaves were "harvested?" Mate you are about as dumb as a box of rocks.

Really your whole argument is retarded.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w7M9eYHjCKQ

Abortion was originally aimed at blacks and its affecting the white community now. The pit you dig for someone else you often fall into it yourself.

What about Diamond and Silk? They would agree with pretty much everything I've said as well. And maybe not the best example, but pretty sure Bill Cosby would as well...

If you want to defend Democrats view of blacks that everything is white people's fault, and not the fault of tyranical govt, fine, but that is just going to make everything worse for everybody.

I think it's pretty sad you would treat me this way, I thought Rand talking about the issues black people face with the criminal justice system was really great.. Dude, listen to yourself change around what I said.. again... slow down and pay attention because you are simply getting it wrong..

What I said was that white people as a whole did not benefit from slavery.. some individual white people benefited from slavery, sort of like how big government gives favors to cronies.. Not everybody benefits from cronyism, just the cronies and their beneficiaries..

The POPULAR NARRATIVE is that WHITE PEOPLE AS A WHOLE benefited from slavery - it is said that it is one of the reasons why white people are rich, and black people are poor, so goes the narrative...

That is a reason given often for why black people deserve higher welfare payments and we need more socialism.

So you seem to agree with me that WHITE PEOPLE AS A WHOLE did not benefit from slavery, correct? Because the industrial revolution coming sooner would have benefited everybody and made everybody richer.. so white people as a whole do not have more wealth because of slavery.. What I'm saying is not up for debate, it is simply factually correct - I believe Candace and Kanye and Cosby and yes, even YOU will agree with me on this point if you try and understand what I'm actually saying rather than purposely misconstrue what I say just to attack me. Uh, the main point I made was that white people as a whole are not better off, that is the popular narrative.. I believe that statement I made about individuals today to be largely correct, although you might be able to find a couple of examples, that doesn't destroy the larger point I'm making. You know how the free market works, I believe even the people alive today who may have benefited in some way, almost all if not all of them would have been better off today if they didn't have the past wealth from owning slaves and instead had the wealth generated later by the industrial revolution and free market.

The specific wealth made from slavery would have been spent and had to be regenerated several times over, so in that sense I am correct - but it helps to have money to make money, too. In that sense you got me on a technicality...maybe.. even though their wealth regeneration would have been enhanced by slavery ending sooner.. but that is not related to the larger point that I was making and it doesn't do any good to hyper focus on that side point.

1) If you are sick of bullshit then quit spewing bullshit.

2) You are the one who keeps bringing up socialism in a conversation where it has no relevance.

I could care less if somebody somewhere uses the fact that slavery made some white people wealthy and some of them were able to pass there wealth on generationally as an excuse for socialism. At the end of the day, socialism doesn't work. The fact that guns make it easier for people to kill people doesn't mean that gun control is the answer either. Sometimes facts are just facts. Trying to assail unassailable facts just makes you look retarded. Let's get rid of welfare including the welfare to which white people are the prime beneficiaries. I am talking farm subsidies, defense contract cost overruns, cushy government pension plans, the social security system, the whole works.

LOL. You just can't admit that you are wrong can you? You misspoke when you used the word ANY. Now overall the system screws everybody. When's the last time you got a farm subsidy? Whites benefit from that more than blacks, but you most likely didn't benefit. Are you a defense contractor? Again, mostly white beneficiaries, but YOU didn't benefit. The system is set up to crush the middle class. And to keep the lower class from joining the middle class in overthrowing the corruption at the top, enough crumbs are thrown to the lower class to keep the lower class placated. Go all the way back to slavery. White overseers were despised by the white landowners as much, if not more, than the white landowners despised the slaves. Replacing a slave cost money. Replacing an overseer was just a matter of putting another ad in the paper. The folks at the top benefited enormously from slavely and raping the African continent of resources just like they are benefiting today from death and destruction today. Just because you aren't benefiting doesn't mean nobody is. The BLM movement, as a movement, is retarded. But that doesn't mean that there aren't real areas of concern both historically and currently. Really?

I said:

In that sense you got me on a technicality...maybe.. even though

But I still think I am technically accurate, and the statement is mostly correct. I don't think any individuals are alive today are better off because of slavery, because wealth regeneration has happened so many times since then and was hampered by slavery. I think it is very possibly EVERYBODY today would have been better off without it because we are so far removed from it and our ability to regenerate wealth was hampered by slavery.

You can't actually prove you are correct, can you? I still think it is an opinion, until you can prove it.

Yes I can. Resources were stolen from African. No rational person will question that fact. It's not an opinion. It's a fact. Labor as stolen from African. No rational person will question that fact. There is current racial oppression going on. You might question that fact but Ron Paul does not and I support Ron Paul. If you want to go through a lot of verbal gymnastics to pretend basic facts somehow aren't facts...well you can do that. They will still be facts.

Now what to do about the facts? Do I have the right to go and make some random white person give me his house? Nope. There are blacks who had land stolen more recently (think Rosewood) and some of them finally got money due. And some whites have had land stolen recently an if they can get that back that's great too.

I sincerely doubt that Ms. Owens or Kanye would disagree with my basic position regarding ancient history. I'm not sure what position that would take about current oppression. But again, I agree with Ron Paul's position.

LOL.. almost everybody's iphone already has them.. I dunno if it's the greatest betrayal of liberty of all time.. It does make it harder to leave the country by airplane if you aren't supposed to.

CBP is testing biometric scanning at a dozen or so U.S. international airports to ensure that people leaving the country are who they say they are, and to prevent visa overstays.

LOL. So the new defense of tyranny by the government is "If you are willing to accept technology that does it then it's okay for the government to do it to you without a warrant?" Seriously that's your argument? For the record most people do not own an iPhone. The iPhone has long fallen behind Android in marketshare. In fact Samsung by itself has more marketshare than Apple.

https://9to5mac.com/2017/08/09/us-iphone-sales-ios-market-share-kantar/
Apple saw its share of the U.S. smartphone market hit 34% in the three months ending in May, reports Kantar – up 4.7 points on the same quarter last year.

However, Apple was knocked out of the #1 slot by Samsung, which saw its own market share rise from 32.9% to 36.2% quarterly, though still down year-on-year …

Further if I wish I can totally disable my smartphone camera. I can put a piece of tape over it. I can even straight up break the doggone thing. And it's possible to buy a phone without a camera, let alone a face scanning one.

Lastly, if you believe the TSA will only use this going forward at the airport, then you are more naive than I believed.

I didn't say it was ok, just that it was inevitable - and it's not like the cameras are on every street corner, they are at airports scanning people's faces who are leaving the country. Not invasive at all to 99% of the population who isn't going to leave the country by airplane any time soon.

You know that's how it starts right? To boil the frog you have to start with something that doesn't seem so bad because it doesn't affect everyone. Once face scanning becomes accepted at airports then it becomes acceptable at bus stops the it becomes acceptable at train and subway stations...then it just becomes acceptable. Your own defense of it is "Well it's on Apple iPhones" as if that had any relevance. You are being conditioned to accept tyranny because it's coming from someone you support. I said it was the biggest betrayal. I suspect Bush to be anti liberty. I suspect Obama to be anti liberty. To be honest I suspect Trump to be anti liberty, but many of his supporters (such as yourself) don't realize that. That makes it the biggest betrayal since 9/11 by far. And again, today it is of people leaving the country. Which..when you think about it...makes absolutely no sense! If these are people who have overstayed their visas, don't you want them to leave? Face scanning of people coming in might make sense, but if this is really an anti illegal immigrant move, there is no reason to scan them when they are on their way out.

President Trump’s approval rating amongst black males has doubled since the start of the Kanye West controversy, proving that the publicity surrounding Kanye’s comments is helping Trump secure new potential voters.
Before Kanye’s support for Trump became one of the biggest news stories of the year so far, Trump’s approval rating stood at just 11 per cent amongst African-American males.
According to Reuters, on April 29, a week in to the Kanye controversy, that figure shot up to 22 per cent.
https://hw.infowars.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/030518poll2.jpg
In other words, double the number of African-American males now have a positive view of Trump thanks to Kanye’s intervention.
The jump in the numbers corresponds directly with Kanye West expressing his support for the ideas of conservative commentator Candace Owens and Kanye openly expressing his love for Trump.

23 Scariest Things Trump Ever Said

Snoop even goes so far as to compare "the evolution" of Kanye and Jay-Z, pointing to the influence of their respective wives.

Kanye West has managed to divide nearly all of Hollywood over his recent love affair with President Donald Trump, but one celebrity in particular has been pushed to the absolute edge.

Snoop Dogg has been vocal about his disapproval of Kanye's political and social stances since the latter began tweeting about his "love" for "brother" Trump, but after Kim Kardashian tweeted endlessly about her support for her "free thinker" husband, Snoop took the savagery to a whole new level.

"The evolution of Jay-Z and Kanye show[s] you how influential your wife can be to your life," the rapper posted to Instagram Friday morning, giving a shoutout to his own wife -- Shante Broadus -- for "being [his] rock and keeping [him] straight."

Chris Brown tears Kanye West to shreds over slavery comments: 'This man is a clown!'

Carly Mallenbaum, USA TODAY Published May 1, 2018

Before the last one had a chance to simmer down, Kanye West caused another stir, calling slavery a “choice” in an interview Tuesday.

Kanye West, continuing his controversy tour of 2018, spoke Tuesday to TMZ Live (https://www.usatoday.com/story/life/people/2018/05/01/kanye-west-talks-mental-breakdown-relationship-jay-z-and-trump-comments/570097002/) about slavery, free thought and his love for President Trump.
On the first topic, he said slavery "sounds like a choice."
He added, "When you hear about slavery for 400 years ... like, you was there for 400 years and it's all of y'all?! It's like we're mentally in prison."

Yes. Would you prefer I went Biblical and called him a viper, son of Satan and whitewashed tomb full of dead men's bones like Jesus called the Pharisees? In contrast I think "contemptible blowhard" is tame. Do you make it a habit of being part of the thought police? This is the first time I've seen that from you. If you want to do that okay, but be consistent.

What is so "contemptible" about him or what he says?

He likes to try to tell people how to think just like in the video posted in this thread. His whole screen leading up to the Black Panther movie, for instance. "Wakanda isn't real!" Well duh. Everybody knows that. "There have been other black superhero movies before!" Okay. So? If you don't want to watch the movie just don't go see it. BP was the first black comic superhero ever it looked like it was going to be well done, and people were excited and it ultimately lived up to the hype. In fact after Ben finally saw he was like "Well....I got to admit it was a really good move." Soooo...why all the whining? And yes it was whining. "Are black people happy that they got a black president? My daughter asked me why there's never been an orthodox Jew president. I just had to explain to her that that is likely not going to happen." Ummm.....so you're salty that a Jew has never been president and you want to take it out on a movie you haven't seen yet? (This was before the movie came out.) Ummmm...okay.

Is it just a few issues or nearly everything?

I honestly haven't watched him much. His voice is so annoying. Do you actually like it? I did agree with what he said on Joe Rogan regarding transgenders. Yes it's nuts that parents are being told to be good parents you have to "let Johnny make up his own mind" about whether or not being born with a penis makes him male. But again, it wasn't a monologue just with himself. Talking to another human tones down his annoyingness. Just my opinion.

Kanye West finally tweeted something important this week, and nobody cares - at least compared to the media feeding frenzy that ensued when the notorious rapper expressed support for President Donald Trump.
https://www.zerohedge.com/sites/default/files/inline-images/kanye-west-edward-bernays.jpg
On Monday, concluding a string of tweets about people’s addictions to their phones, West shared a link to an in-depth documentary about the history of consumerism and how it became the fabric of American society. The Century of the Self is a four-hour BBC documentary (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJ3RzGoQC4s) from 2002 that explores the role of Sigmund Freud’s nephew, Edward Bernays — often considered the father of modern public relations (and propaganda) — in molding the collective mindset.

the century of self https://t.co/JVvJby2TFq It’s 4 hours long but you’ll get the gist in the first 20 minutes Basically Sigmund Frued’s nephew Edward Bernays capitalized off of his uncle’s philosophies and created modern day consumerism
— KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) May 21, 2018 (https://twitter.com/kanyewest/status/998642119123206144?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw)
before Edward Bernays Americans purchased things based off needs There was a a time in the 20s when women didn’t smoke in public so Edward Bernays masterminded a campaign to make it culturally acceptable so that companies could sell more cigarettes..it’s that kind of vibe..
— KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) May 21, 2018 (https://twitter.com/kanyewest/status/998642370747887622?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) The documentary also explores Bernays’ role as a propagandist for Woodrow Wilson during World War I, helping drum up support among the war-weary public via the Committee on Public Information. In an interview with Bernays featured in the documentary, he discussed attending the Paris Peace Conference with Wilson, recalling that they “worked to ‘make the world safe for democracy’ — that was the big slogan.”

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJ3RzGoQC4s

Bernays went on to assist the CIA in a propaganda campaign to justify the agency’s coup against a democratically elected leader in Guatemala who began to confiscate lands from the American United Fruit company, which harvested bananas in the country. As New York Times book review summarized (https://archive.nytimes.com/www.nytimes.com/books/98/08/16/reviews/980816.16chernot.html):

“Bernays helped forge a network of intelligence agents in Central America expressly to discredit the regime. He circulated unflattering information to influential American newspapers, stigmatizing Arbenz with the Communist label and softening up public opinion for the eventual C.I.A.-sponsored overthrow of the reform-minded Government..”
He had previously worked to sell those bananas to the American public, portraying “heavy banana consumption as a patriotic habit that helped maintain United Fruit’s vast fleet, which could be pressed into emergency service during wartime.”
Though Bernays decried the negative connotations of the term “propaganda” and believed his efforts simply helped foster order in society and were vital (https://archive.nytimes.com/www.nytimes.com/books/98/08/16/specials/bernays-father.html?session-id=46f27647a59313076be167af2aa424c5) to the democratic process — he also advised numerous presidents — his ideas and tactics also influenced (https://www.thedailybeast.com/sigmund-freuds-nephew-predicted-the-coming-of-trump) Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels.

Kanye West finally tweeted something important this week, and nobody cares - at least compared to the media feeding frenzy that ensued when the notorious rapper expressed support for President Donald Trump.

The documentary also explores Bernays’ role as a propagandist for Woodrow Wilson during World War I, helping drum up support among the war-weary public via the Committee on Public Information. In an interview with Bernays featured in the documentary, he discussed attending the Paris Peace Conference with Wilson, recalling that they “worked to ‘make the world safe for democracy’ — that was the big slogan.”

Someone should send Kanye this. This would send him over the falls. The film that made me certain that the village must be destroyed as opposed to being saved. There is no possible coexistence with the forces depicted in this documentary.

I think that Kany West should have stopped making music after his first album...

Much more interesting than Kanye West, is what another rapper Prodigy (of Mobb Deep) says about “the power” - God and the Devil are really one “force”.
He also explains what the illuminati means.
Prodigy tells that esoteric knowledge originally comes from Egypt.
He tells that he put little “seeds” about secret societies in his music for years. He first talked about the “illuminati” in music, in the 1995 song, originally by LL Cool J, “I shot ya” (remix).

In June 2017, Prodigy (Albert Johnson) of Mobb Deep mysteriously passed away (42 years old) at a hospital in Las Vegas (2Pac was also finished off in a Las Vegas hospital). The official cause of death remained unknown (at least for a couple of days).
At the time he was working on a musical based on secret societies.
According to the coroner, Prodigy died from “choking on an egg” while being treated in hospital for sickle cell anemia: http://www.tmz.com/2017/08/03/mobb-d...ause-of-death/ (http://www.tmz.com/2017/08/03/mobb-deep-prodigy-cause-of-death/)

Another interesting tidbit on Prodigy is that in November 2015, he started a lawsuit against Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) for illegally collecting licensing and royalty fees for his work as a guest artist on songs by others.
Prodigy’s attorney explained that the total damages “could possibly be in the millions".

Prodigy explained:
My advice to other artists is definitely to always run a check and run audits on different companies. It's good for up and coming artists to see shit like this, and I guess now that it got out it's good for them to know what's going on and that this is a part of the business. https://www.billboard.com/articles/b...worth-millions (https://www.billboard.com/articles/business/6760809/prodigy-lawsuit-umpg-worth-millions)
