This kinda talk not helpful in restoring bipartisanship harmony in Washington:

Rudy Giuliani: Donald Trump Might Still Prosecute Hillary Clinton Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, now vice chairman of President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team, said Trump might follow through (http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/week-transcript-rudy-giuliani-rep-keith-ellison/story?id=43493434) on a threat (http://time.com/4524459/presidential-debate-donald-trump-special-prosecutor/) to prosecute Hillary Clinton.

Donald Trump might reduce the size of the Federal government. He might suddenly ascend into heaven like the "God Emperor" that some claim him to be. He might do all kinds of shit. And probably will. Or won't.

I would rather see him dismantle the system that allowed her to do it, than piss off a lot of those same people (and waste a lot of juice) by prosecuting her.

Yea seems like Rudy is also catching the "bluffing"/"keeping in suspense" bug from Trump to highten the drama.

Drain the Swamp?

...

On the campaign trail, Trump dubbed his Democratic rival “crooked Hillary” and pledged to prosecute her over her use of a private email server while secretary of State.

“She did some bad things, I mean she did some bad things,” Trump said.

But when asked about his previous statements about appointing a special prosecutor to go after Clinton, Trump changed course.

“I don't want to hurt them, I don't want to hurt them. They’re, they’re good people,” he said.

“I don't want to hurt them," he said again. "And I will give you a very, very good and definitive answer the next time we do ‘60 Minutes’ together.

I highly doubt it.

I hope he does.

But the impression I got from Trump's victory speech was that he was breathing a sigh of relief that at last he could go back to being a friend and political ally of Hillary's and could stop pretending to be something he wasn't.

What would be in that for him?

Those people need to know the truth about what she has done.

Those people need to know the truth about what she has done.

This. Plus it opens the door to drain the swamp more. Watergate led to 69 indictments. The real value in appointing a special prosecutor isn't in getting rid of the Clintons - they are already done - it's in destroying their image and legacy, and taking their entire network out of the game.

Hope Don stays out of it and they get her on some small charge and she serves 3 months.

Tell the people what they did write it in the record but, I would rather see him dismantle the system that supports the criminals than waste taxpayer dollars locking them up. Hopefully they will fall into real poverty or, total irreverence like they planned for us.

I think talking down the system is far more important than taking down a person. I trust natural law to take care of them.
