This is why Obama and Hillary did not call for the protesters to stand down.
They were waiting for this.
Now there already is a bedrock of angry protesters, this should elevate it and fire up the riots.

Folks: Mistrial on a Saturday? Court was held on a Saturday?

Clinton Foundation is not going down easy.

Buckle up.

A perfect example of police escalating a petty infraction to something much more serious then playing on the juries emotions--and the fact that the decedent was in-fact as total scumbag--to get away with the havoc that they needlessly fomented.

Everything about this one feels set up. He basically shot the guy for nothing. Should have got at least manslaughter. Instead gets mistrial. Are courts ever open on Saturday? how did the mistrial happen on a Saturday?

Exactly. ...Perhaps that is a rule of their court, while the jury is deliberating or in a deadlock:

On Friday, the jury told Shanahan they couldn’t reach a decision on murder or voluntary manslaughter charges for Tensing. Shanahan said they had enough evidence for a decision and advised them to keep working.

On Saturday morning, Shanahan declared a mistrial because the jury could not reach a unanimous decision after around 25 hours of deliberating.
