We are currently closing in on $11 milion dollar for the quarter. Assuming we raise ~$5 million on the 16th, and another $1 million in the meantime and two weeks after the 16th, $17 million dollar is very much within reach!
BUT!
Has anyone ever tried to add up the amount of grassroots donations? The 3Q total would be muh much higher if so. The blimp, t.v. commercials, radio commercials, and every other chip-in we do add up. If you include the fact that we spend a lot of our own money where other campaigns give out material (such as yard signs, bumper stickers, etc.), I would be very interested in knowing the true level of donations. Has anyone else thought about this? Anybody have a guess?
