They can't even look at the Weiner emails to see if they have any relevance without it. Still don't know if they will be useful or not. It will likely take weeks to go through them (after the election).

Huma was not trained in "bleaching" operation, Hillary should take responsibility for such an oversight. There has to be something serious enough for FBI Chief to take such a step two weeks before elections.

In case it was Al Qaeda pretending to be the girl Weiner was exchanging messages with from laptop with classified emails, the risks will be massive and so will be the consequences for Clinton bleach camp.

My Theory:

Weiner transferred the files from wife Huma Abedin's computer, without her knowledge, to the laptop that he shares with her, but is mostly used by him. Reason: to use for protection /blackmail if needed. He knew that Huma and Hillary were doing the dirt, and also that he might need protection in case his own misdeeds were discovered, or if his now far more employable wife were to ever be tempted to toss his ass out. Abedin does claim that she has no idea how the files got onto the laptop in question. Even though she is a slime, that might be true in this case.

That sounds like a plausible scenario.

Preliminary reports suggest none of the emails were either to or from Clinton.

There is no indication the emails in question were withheld by Clinton during the investigation, the law enforcement official told Newsweek, nor does the discovery suggest she did anything illegal. Also, none of the emails were to or from Clinton, the official said. Moreover, despite the widespread claims in the media that this development had prompted the FBI to “reopen” the case, it did not; such investigations are never actually closed, and it is common for law enforcement to discover new information that needs to be examined.

As of Friday night Comey had only said the bureau is seeking to determine whether these newly discovered emails involved classified material.

The surprise disclosure that agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation are taking a new look at Hillary Clinton’s email use lays bare, just days before the election, tensions inside the bureau and the Justice Department over how to investigate the Democratic presidential nominee.

Investigators found 650,000 emails on a laptop that they believe was used by former Rep. Anthony Weiner and his estranged wife Huma Abedin, a close Clinton aide, and underlying metadata suggests thousands of those messages could have been sent to or from the private server that Mrs. Clinton used while she was secretary of state, according to people familiar with the matter.

It will take weeks, at a minimum, to determine whether those messages are work-related from the time Ms. Abedin served with Mrs. Clinton at the State Department; how many are duplicates of emails already reviewed by the FBI; and whether they include either classified information or important new evidence in the Clinton email probe.

FBI Working to Winnow Through Emails From Anthony Weiner's Laptop

Out of the 650,000 emails found on former congressman Anthony Weiner's laptop, only a small number will likely be related to that case, a law enforcement official familiar with the investigation into emails related to the probe of Hillary Clinton's private server told NBC News on Monday.

The emails, uncovered during the FBI's separate investigation into Weiner's alleged illicit communications with an underage girl, are connected to Weiner's estranged wife, top Clinton aide Huma Abedin, and ended up on the same laptop.

The cache of emails goes back several years, the official told NBC News. Abedin has said she says she didn't know these emails were on the household computer.

Officials have been combing through the emails since Sunday night — using a program designed to find only the emails to and from Abedin within the time when Clinton was secretary of state. Agents will compare the latest batch of messages with those that have already been investigated to determine whether any classified information was sent from Clinton's server.

This process will take some time, but officials tell NBC News that they hope that they will wrap up the winnowing process this week.

Better than some of the sources you use. RT cites CBS on the story. https://www.rt.com/usa/364774-clinton-weiner-abedin-emails/
