At a media event on Thursday, Apple CEO Tim Cook said that the Touch ID on the new MacBook Pros will make it incredibly easy for people to do online money transactions. After the event, speaking to reporters Cook made a bold statement about how he sees Apple Pay. CNET reports:
"We're going to kill cash," he said. "Nobody likes to carry around cash." He makes most of his purchases with Apple Pay (which is not surprising).
Cook's comment comes days after Australia's top banks refused to support Apple Pay, saying that the company has been 'intransigent, closed and controlling'.

I'll not be using their fucking tracking shit. EVER.

Oh, look, I bought too many hot dogs. Well, my Obamacare just went up. Oops, forgot to throw out those old pain killers, yep, gonna get fined for that. Did I brake too hard because a cat ran out in front of me? Up goes my insurance. Did I spend money on something that was not approved? Yup, I'll be fined. Do I buy the wrong products? Nope, cant work at that company. Did I apply for another job? Oh good, now my current job just fired me.

I will pay with cash at almost any point of sale. It is by far my preferred way to pay. You all can say what you want about fiat currency and all the rest, but it's the system we have, and it's the one I use. If I have $100 and someone steals it, then they have $100. If they steal a credit or debit card, they have access to my entire life. I can't really afford to lose any money, but losing my identity and credibility is worse by a long shot.

You'll not be able to function without it.

I watch closely, and observe Boobus almost universally paying with the beast system for items as mundane as a cup of coffee.

We'll all be dragged along with this, and anybody that fails to comply will be branded a terrorist and dealt with harshly.

As often happens, the cream will rise ...and be scraped off. But it will still be cream.:)

The FRNs lament is too true. What do you do when your life boat is being sabotaged by the people in it?
You try to find another life-boat. If you can't move to another life boat completely, at least move as much as you can to the new one.

I think the only good thing about the shit hitting the fan is that there may not be enough time for this to come to fruition.

Pretty cool for the sheeple that think that having a sports team logo on your credit card, or picture of your cat or baby or car or whatever is worth trading the Constitution itself for. Its not really any different than having prettier chains than the next slave.

You have a way of making that sound all porno and shit.

You should be getting paid for it. Need an agent? 10%. Contract's already in the mail.
