Busllhit. You can not target where a DDOS attack comes from, this last one came from literally tens of millions of different machines.
“We didn’t do this to attract federal agents, only test power,” two collective members who identified themselves as “Prophet” and “Zain” told an AP reporter via Twitter direct message exchange. They said more than 10 members participated in the attack. It was not immediately possible to verify the claim.

Now they are threatening to attack Russia.

The hacker group claiming responsibility says that the day’s antics were just a dry run and that it has its sights set on a much bigger target — the Kremlin.
Somebody is begging for nuclear war. they tested it on the US, because that is where they were. It started on the east coast because they are in Virginia-ish I am sure. And across the united states they have their monitors to gather data about the attack. You always test at home first.
