What happened to Marc Allen Feldman?

Dr. Marc Allan Feldman of Beachwood, who was found in a motel room in June, died due to atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Feldman, 56, was found June 22 inside a room at Americas Best Value Inn in Brook Park. According to a Brook Park Police Department report, a call came in at 7:19 p.m. that night. Officers were dispatched to the scene in less than a minute and arrived at 7:24, shortly after the Brook Park Fire Department arrived. The police called the medical examiner’s office to the scene, where Feldman was pronounced dead.

Atherosclerosis is a disease in which plaque builds up inside one’s arteries. It can lead to serious complications, such as a heart attack, stroke or death.

Feldman was an anesthesiologist at Cleveland Clinic and also ran for the 2016 Libertarian Party nomination for president.
