A Declaration of Personal Sovereignty

I, the undersigned, do hereby declare my personal sovereignty as the natural condition of my life granted me upon my birth and nullify forever the claim of any other to interfere with my peaceful pursuit of life, liberty, and property.

I pledge to do no harm to the person or property of another. I further pledge to never interfere in the peaceful pursuit of life, liberty, and property of another.
I acknowledge as legitimate no law besides this:

Do no harm to the person or property of another human being.

Any who violate this law are criminals, and only those violate this law are criminals. Any subsequent laws that are not grounded in this principle of nonaggression are illegitimate and must not be obeyed.

I accept no authority but myself and claim full responsibility for my actions, be they past, present, or future.

I pledge to defend my inherent right to personal sovereignty against all usurpers who would endanger it, and to call to the attention of all good people the existence of these usurpers and their machinations wherever and whenever they might appear.

I pledge to turn myself over to justice should I ever knowingly and willingly break the one inviolable law of the common good. Should I ever break this pledge, I forfeit any right to succor amongst good people and any right to freedom of movement until I am apprehended and brought rightly to justice in the form of a trial by an impartial jury in which the burden of proof falls upon the accuser.

I reserve to myself any and all rights not here enumerated, so long as those rights do not interfere with the rights of another to be secure in their person and property.

I acknowledge as valid no law besides these:

1. Do no unjust harm to the life or property of another human being.

2. Make whole that which I damage without just cause.

No other statutory edict or policy is valid.

Any and only those who violate these laws are criminals, subject to being held accountable for their trespass.

I accept no authority beyond myself insofar as my non-criminal actions are concerned and claim full responsibility for their results.

I reserve the right to defend my prerogatives as a sovereign against all who would trespass upon them.
