Thought it might be nice to have a thread to post some of the things I track online. It inspires me to see it.

Feel free to post other internet stats on this thread when ya all run across them.

I'll update the one's I'm posting here about once a week:

MySpace: Take note how much faster Ron Paul's membership is growing than the other frontrunners:

Meet Up Support groups: This one speaks for itself:

Eventful.com: Another one that speaks for itself:

Google Hits: Take note of the disparity between "News" hits.

Technorati Popular Results: I won't post all of the screenprints I have, but, I can tell you Ron Paul was:

6/15 - No 2
6/16 - No 2
6/22 - No 2
6/24 - No 3
6/25 - No 2
6/27 - No. 3
6/29 - No. 4

lol, I'll bet Romney is so high in news hits because of the dog story. It might actually be a good thing not to be very high in news hits since people tend to gravitate toward bad news.

I saw stats not too long ago and was wondering something about the meetup stats. There were quite a few candidates with zero meetups. Could the candidate have started at least one himself. Or the wife a friend or someone?

Awesome info!

I think it costs $12 to form a meetup group. So, $5000 would be a cheap way for another candidate to buy ones' way to the lead in the number of meetups. (Although it would be easily exposed and mocked, without the people and activity to support the "ghost meetups".)

Sorry about the spelling errors, my girlfriend was bugging me to "stop looking at Ron Paul stuff and get ready to go to dinner or we will miss our reservations!"

I can't do two things at once....

It looks like some of these statistics are trending downward for Ron. Are people loosing their spark?

Well for the Facebook stats it's not that surprising considering he hasn't had as many debate appearances or controversial publicity outside of the Iowa Forum (which most people haven't even heard of). Once the next debates come around you will see large spikes again. Plus it's really hard to maintain a Facebook group of over 13k... support and interest just starts to max out after a while. Heck Obama's group got to 300k quickly but now it's numbers aren't just slowing down but actually decreasing.

New internet stats for the week. A few notables:

1. RP's MySpace members grew 2940 in a week. McCain's down 281 (let's hope they are joining the RP Revolution).

2. In one week, 1990 new RP Meet-Up Foot Soldier's  now in 10 countries :) . Wow Wee!

3. I've changed the criteria a bit for the Google Blog Hits so that it reflects blog popularity a bit better. The president wanna-be's names now have to be reflected in the title of the blog, as opposed to anywhere in the blog's text. RP is obviously kicking ass ya all! Also notable is the disparity of "news" articles for the past month. 12,000+ for the so-called front-runners versus a measley 1,500 for RP. What's wrong with this picture? Eh, rhetorical, we all already know the answer to that. MSM's days are numbered.

RP again dominating Technatori popularity results. For the days I checked this week, RP ranked :

6/30: #5
7/02: #4
7/05: #4
And today..............

It's been a good week for the Revolution :D .

Feel free to add any new stats you may have.

Your last graph % daily change in membership is a bit busy and difficult to see what's going on. Maybe if you change it to weekly change instead of daily change you will see less randomness to your findings and more of a discernible pattern.
