today bombed a Syrian army position in support of an ISIS attack in Deir Ezzor:

"Today at 17:00-17:50 Moscow time, international anti-Daesh coalition (two F-16 and two A-10 jets) carried out four strikes on Syrian government forces' units encircled by Daesh near Deir ez-Zor airport. The coalition's aircraft entered Syrian airspace from the side of the Iraqi border," … As a result of the attack, 62 Syrian soldiers were killed and some 100 others were injured … Daesh terrorists launched an offensive soon after the US-led coalition aircraft attacked the Syrian government forces. Washington's Centcom has issued a statement admitting the killing of over 60 Syrian troops and claiming it was an oopsie.

A very "questionable" error. The coordination of the attacks along with the ISIS offensive (not to mention the Israeli bombing of Golan Heights and Turkish artillery) is highly suspect. At best it is gross negligence and incompetence in a coordinated fashion.
Washington failed to announce or obtain consent for its bombing plans as agreed.
Also as pointed out, if Washington is claiming they erred by using the wrong coordinates, then it’s a direct consequence of refusing to coordinate with Russia in its bombing actions.
Russia has called for an immediate UN Security Council meeting.
