This has been going on for months now. The lawyer who helped the RP grassroots in '08 and '12 stood up for a candidate trying to topple one member of a local dynasty. He has won multiple decisions in that first case and stirred up a hornets nest; the results were thrown out and a new election scheduled. Now he is going after a second member of the family for the same "irregularities"...

This may turn out to be a case we can point to when people claim election fraud does not exist... Lots to search for beyond this one link...

First it was Penny Hubbard, now her husband, Rodney, is accused of winning an August election by questionable absentee ballots.

Bruce Franks isn't the only one getting a do-over — activist Rasheen Aldridge has won the right to a new election, too.

In a brief opinion issued today, St. Louis Circuit Court Judge Julian L. Bush ruled that there were "irregularities of sufficient magnitude" in a second race on the Democratic Party primary ballots this August to force a new election. This one, too, features a member of the Hubbard family, but this time it's Rodney Hubbard, the husband of State Rep. Penny Hubbard (D-St. Louis)... more at link

Election fraud is a serious problem in this country. Not sure how rampant it is, but I count many of the emails coming out showing collusion between the Clinton Campaign and several different factions and parties as election fraud.
