Criticizing on policy is fine but personal attacks like this should not be acceptabe by US and should be condemned by world leaders, both Dems and GOP leadership. In recent past, GOP nominee had not appropriately handled alleged racial attack from Russia President and he pretty much got a pass on that.

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte called Barack Obama a "son of a whore" on Monday as he vowed not to be lectured by the US leader on human rights when they meet in Laos.
The acid-tongued Duterte bristled at warnings he would face questioning by the US president over a war against drugs in the Philippines that has claimed more than 2,400 lives in just over two months.
"You must be respectful. Do not just throw away questions and statements. Son of a whore, I will curse you in that forum," Duterte told a news conference shortly before flying to Laos to attend a summit.

Duterte was due to hold a bilateral meeting with Obama on Tuesday afternoon on the sidelines of a gathering of global leaders hosted by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in Vientiane, the Lao capital.
But shortly after Duterte spoke, Obama appeared to cast doubt on whether such a meeting could take place.

Donald Trump on Wednesday implied that Russian President Vladimir Putin has used the N-word when talking about President Obama and said he would command more respect as president.
“Putin has said things over the last year that are really bad things,” Trump said at a press conference in Florida. “He mentioned the N-word one time. I was shocked to hear him mention the N-word.” Trump said Putin has “a total lack of respect” for Obama.
“No. 1, he doesn’t like him. And No. 2, he doesn’t respect him,” the billionaire said.
Trump then asserted that Putin would have more respect for him if he succeeds Obama in the White House.
“I think he’s going to respect your president if I’m elected, and I hope he likes me,” he said.

Never seen those photos before and were not reported in MSM during routine upbringing environment vetting before elections. Some GOP'rs had apparetly doctored some photos of current POTUS too, should be careful to check that these shocking photos are not doctored.
