Agreed. Even Christie is more loyal than Pence and less likely to undermine Trump in the long run.

Report: Trump about to make first mistake in VP pick, as predicted by Ann Coulter, July 6, 2016: MY VP PREDICTION: TRUMP'S FIRST MISTAKE.
I won't believe it, until I hear it from the Trump's mouth. Pence is the combo-platter of disaster. He’s all in for corporate America bringing in as many guest workers as they please to replace American workers, tried to sell the monster amnesty as a "compromise bill." (How about this compromise: We start with a wall...) He also somehow managed to tick off both sides in gay marriage debate. After his state passed a law passed protecting Christians from having to participate in gay marriages, all hell broke loose. Pence thought to himself: 'I have semi heading for me. Should I just stand here? Yes, I think I’ll just stand here!' First, he allowed himself to be portrayed as a right-wing homophobic nut and then -- just days later -- he sold out to the left-wing activists, anyway.

First, the bad. Now the good.

Replying to your own thread is like "liking" your own Facebook post.

Pence couldn't sell his amnesty bill or his state run tv plan or his gay cakes.

When Pence was trying to sell his amnesty bill, he was actually talking to opponents.

When Rand was on his high horse about amnesty he was only giving speeches & one-liners taunting people.

The last thing you want is a cult-of-personality-RINO like Christie or cult-of-cuckservatism Newt who could sell any sort of crap.

If Pence somehow gets 1 or 2 years as VP(realisitically,in some horrific scenario), he's not getting anything done.

The only real difference is the Muslim ban, which is banning from the hillbilly central which has not been addressed by Pence. Not to mention Pence can have any opinion he wants if Muslims keep mowing down 80 people every month in Europe.

Coulter is slightly dishonest anyway. Christie has been weak on immigration way before she endorsed him in 2011/2012.

She has said it was just her emotional reaction
because she wanted Christie.

She will come around.

Pence brings swing states into play... and lots of chest rubs.

IIRC, Ann Coulter once claimed that the GOP Establishment was afraid of Chris Christie.

Coulter in 2 different years & Congresses claimed Rubio was and okay candidate. Also claimed Cruz was good.

Rand campaigned with Fiorina.

Cruz picked Fiorina.

I get the feeling Pence was not Trump's choice, that somehow he was forced into it. does not seem to provide any help to the ticket

What leverage did they use? The convention rules? He seemed to change his mind about Pence according to unnamed sources

If you're right, what does that say for the hopes of the average Trump supporter who thinks he's going to butt-kick the establishment on the way to making America great again? Do you really believe he'll accomplish anything the establishment doesn't pre-approve?

Considering the amount of flat out socialists and commies in the senate , the answer is no and it holds for anyone .

I hope you aren't fooled into thinking Trump is different from any of them.
Not from anything I have seen .

Yes. The little woman had an emotional breakdown. (Never mind that many of Trump's male supporters dislike this pick just as much.)

That said, she will come around. Cognitive dissonance is very powerful, and already has Trump's most vocal anti-globalists embracing his globalist VP pick. Everyone will be back on board soon. They just need time to heal for a day or two.

And when exactly will you pull your head out about Johnson/Weld, Cajun?

I hope I am not fooled into thinking that voting for an authoritarian republican is going to be any different than voting for an authoritarian democrat.

Trump needs to be there when Europe breaks down & does nothing. Obama or similar would bomb the shit the out of the good guys.

Hopefully Trump & Pence achieve nothing for the first 2 or 3 years then hires another Apprentice.
