While a Libertarian candidate being booted off the ballot would not normally be good news, in this particular case it is excellent news. :)
Chad Lisk, faux libertarian and a shill & stooge for Joe Arpaio, has been booted from the ballot for the Maricopa County Sheriff's race.
That means Arpaio will face off with Paul Penzone and there will be NO other candidates to split the anti-Arpaio vote.
Great news. While Arpaio is now polling behind Penzone, the danger existed that a third candidate would split the vote, allowing Arpaio to win by a plurality. That danger has now been eliminated and Arpaio is on his own.
