Without Privacy, everything is subject to approval resulting in everything having the potential to be interpreted as criminal behavior.

Privacy goes way way beyond protecting individuals from things we feel to varying degrees that are embarassing to humiliating, such as intimate moments. The Right to Privacy protects us from the many things we do even think that we may be judged upon.

People now seem to believe that only intimate events need to be protected by the Right to Privacy, when in fact it is your religion and political opinions that place people in the highest degree of personal risk. If you are a Democrat living in the Bible Belt, when that information becomes subject to approval, you are in danger. Likewise, being Republican in places in California, that information puts you in just as much danger. People continue to think that they should only hide information about sexual experiences from the public. Privacy includes but isnt just about sex. We have plenty of people everywhere in the world that would flat out call for capital punishment if intercourse involves someone of the same sex, unmarried partner, and anything but missionary position.

The ability and authorization of Judgement has become legal grounds for companies and corporations to extort more and more money from people. Companies believe that if they have been granted the ability to terminate employees, or to a lesser degree, deny raises and other benefits, they should do so as it benefits the corporation over the individual. The decision is made on what can be done, but what is not considered is whether or not the individual can afford to be terminated for judgement of behavior outside the work place. Each individual in management may think about the devastating impact, but companies as a whole tend not to.

Governments in history have executed people for being the wrong religion and expressing political beliefs that contradict with tyrannical rule. Corporations operate a bit differently however. The predominant religion of any geographic area typically does not cause individuals to think that they may be judged for practicing in that religion. If you are a christian in the US, you wont feel ashamed or embarrassed about telling other people youre a christian. If youre a Hindu in India, the Hindus there won't expect you to hide those religions beliefs either. The expression of an individuals religious beliefs in a geographic area where their beliefs are not commonly accepted puts the individual at tremendous risk. If you are a christian in the middle east, you may tend to be a bit more cautious about who you tell that you are a christian. Even in China, public displays of religion are deemed criminal. They havent yet condemned specific religions, but the public displays of that religious faith. It will get really dangerous on planet earth when Privacy is murdered and all religions become subject to government and societal approval. Source of the risk varies depending on where you live. Being a christian in the Middle East for example, individuals are at risk from extremists within that society, but publicly displaying Muslim worship may bring about severe consequences from the Chinese Govt if you live in China.

The source of individual risk caused by Judgement issued based upon information collected by Invasion of Privacy seems to come from three major sources. Governments, which have killed more people in the last century, Society in which a person lives, and Corporations. The soulless corporations are equally as dangerous to the wellbeing of the individual as are Governments as corporations validate their decisions on making money, and we all know that if it is profitable to kill someone, they will. Corporate risks are caused by the denial of an individual to provide for themselves. It is one thing for a company to say that a persons work performance is compromising a company, but it is beyond the scope of an employers authority to fire an employee when the employee wants to start a family. The things that corporations will issue judgement upon that lie outside of the scope of their authority will include things that would not be deemed criminal outside the corporate world. A company may decide that employees that apply for other jobs need to be dealt with. Outside of the twisted corporate world, people would consider applying for a new job to be acceptable.

There are two ways that Corporations exploit the Invasion of Privacy to harm individuals. One is the Employer Employee relationship. The other is the Company Customer relationship. Companies main motivations to make money overrule everything else. If a company can find an excuse to charge you more, they will try do so. They may even experience the delusion that what they are doing is justified, moral and lawful. Currently, Insurance Corporations seem to be the worst, and use any information about an individual they can acquire to deny paying out benefits or raising rates. This is the foundation of "Pre-existing Condition" being used as a way to deny benefits. Knowledge about behavior is just as condemning. If you had Dental Insurance, that Insurance Company would go so far as to demand to monitor how long you brush your teeth so they can "Blame the Victim" (a form of Denial) should the individual ever need to do so much as get a cavity filled. If you do not brush your teeth long enough, or even too long, that becomes valuable information as it is used by the corporation as a means to deny benefits or increase rates. Health Insurance will issue judgements enabled by their Invasion of Privacy based on what you eat and your Lifestyle. And worst yet, there is absolutely no recourse for the individual against this. They never factor in the cost it has on their victims. It is another in a long list of psychological maladies by which the elite and rich transfer the prosperity of the people to themselves. The elite may genuinely think that the world would be a better place if only they could force obedience from everyone lesser than them.

It is by the Invasion of Privacy that every non criminal activity becomes punishable in some way, shape, or form. Every activity becomes a part of your Credit Score. Every activity becomes a part of your Health Score. Every thought becomes a part of a "Religious Score". Those who offer obedience and worship their rulers in their varying sources are treated with more favoritism than those who are less obedient. The consequences an individual will suffer will range greatly in their scope and scale. Practicing the wrong "religious faith" or political opinions may result in death, and having a known relationship with a pot smoker can negatively impact your credit score. Violations of Privacy may be trivial, but because they are cumulative, they are devastating in their nature. Those that are at the highest risk today are those who support True Freedom, Liberty and limited Government. Self determination is on the chopping block and True Innocense is no longer a defense. Everything has become a crime, and those who do not obey have the most to lose. Everyone is being set up so regardless of what choices are made, they lose.

Without Privacy, Innocence has become a crime, and punishment will be issued.

Sooner than later we are going to have to do more than talk among each other about how wrong things are.

Yea, he's "exposing it" so?

These statist are sick, they have some control freak disease. We are better off just cutting our losses as there is no hope for them. We need to stand together and only lobby for the ability to peacefully choose to opt out of all goverment services. No revolution needed. Those that want to be governed are free to do so. I want my fucking choice to say no to ANY and ALL governance.

LGBT and the like all get their rights, they get their voice heard. They lobby and dont take no for an answer. Well....we that do not need to be governed need to lobby for OUR CHOICE to opt out.

I think the big difference between how certain groups are being recognized and others are not is that they are using the claims of each of those groups to infringe on the Rights of as many as possible. LGBT is a good example. I personally dont think what people do with their personal lives is any of my business. The way this is being handled tho is "you cant discriminate against them because they are LGBT", which gives that group special recognition and converts the Equal Rights of everyone into Privileges for exclusive members of certain recognized groups. Combine that with Privacy issues, and how long until being straight becomes a crime?

Privacy creates a more functional society because it relieves everyone in it of having to explain to everyone things they may not be able to, or may not want to, understand. The only impetus for depriving members of that society of privacy is in dividing the populace so they are easier to conquer.

It's merely a precursor to rabble rousing.
