Pretty funny since most of those are also GOP perpetuated. ;)

Nice of them to admit they're too stupid to realize that communism and anarchy are polar opposites, and cannot exist in the same place at the same time.

I laughed. You're not wrong.

If you see any sort of chart on Facebook, it's almost certain to be either complete crap or misleading.

What do you mean? Didn't you know that we had a pristine free market that lasted for over 200 years in the US of A until all of a sudden Obama came along and ruined it all?

You might want to tell that to the communo-anarchists (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anarchist_communism).

They're all pretty stupid. #10 - Obama's not the reason we don't have capitalizism. Have we ever had it, really? Certainly not immediately before Obama was elected. Not in my lifetime, actually.

Which one is more scary to the public at large (not people here) - anarchy or communism?

I tend to think communism would be preferred if you were to give Joe Public a choice, but I'm curious what others think?

In actuality, there can be no such thing.

Yeah, that's what she wanted me to tell them, but I don't know how.

For some reason, people are resistant to the message that they don't exist. It's almost as though they're afraid that if they thought about it long enough to realize you have a point, they'd disintegrate.

I agree, but that's not how Joe Public sees anarchy. In fact, I think Braveheart's image is more associated with Scottish nationalism, rightly or wrongly.

I like what Tolkien said in his advocacy of anarchy - "meaning the abolition of control not whiskered men with bombs".

Recently I was on a music forum arguing that a certain genre was a kind of musical anarchy because it bucked musical conventions. The outrage that ensued from a couple people (who I'm sure would call themselves right-wing conservatives) equating their favorite music with such a horrid concept as anarchy was eye-opening. I'm certain that any of them would sooner have chosen communism as a better option.

Yup. He wanted Scotland to be free and independent from England.

Pretty sure Bach, Mozart, & Beethoven were the musical anarchists of their day. Now they're considered normal, because people are used to them.

Heaven forbid that Van Gogh might be considered a visual arts anarchist. ;)
