Republican frontrunner Donald Trump may be arrested and charged with inciting a riot according to police investigators in North Carolina.
Trump’s rally at Lenoir-Rhyne University today, found itself delayed for two hours because fog prevented his plane from landing in Hickory. But what he is in trouble for was his rally last week.

During Trump’s visit to Concord and Fayetteville, a protester was assaulted as he was escorted from Crown Coliseum by police.
A Linden man was charged in the incident, the following day, after video footage of the attack (with cops doing nothing to intervene) went viral.
The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office investigators said on Monday that they are now considering arresting and filing the charge of “inciting a riot” against Trump, as a result of the incident.

According to North Carolina law, a riot is “a public disturbance involving an assemblage of three or more persons which by disorderly and violent conduct, or the imminent threat of disorderly and violent conduct, results in injury or damage to persons or property or creates a clear and present danger of injury or damage to persons or property.”
That means that inciting a riot is considered misdemeanor unless the disturbance causes serious injury or in excess of $1,500 in property damage. At that point it becomes a felony.

The attorney for the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office, Ronnie Mitchell, said that during a review of video evidence in the case, investigators noticed that Trump made direct comments during the removal of several protesters at the event, which could very much have been considered inciting violence against those protesters.
One of the Trump voters acted on those words.
“We are concerned about a number of things in that speech. We are concerned about activity associated with that speech,” Mitchell stated. “That does not mean that we have decided to charge anyone.”
Trump has clearly condoned violence at his rallies – telling people to “rough up” and “punch” protesters, even jokingly calling his rallies “love fests.”
“We’re not angry people. We’re good people,” Trump said of his supporters, after word of these charges got to him. “We’re just tired of a government that is run incompetently.
“This country is in serious, serious trouble,” he added during the rally. “Our people want to see something great happen.”
What do you think about this? Should Trump be charged.

Well, then they definitly have to file charges against moveon-org, BLM, and a host of other leftist organizations, because the protesters in Chicago were smashing windows on cars with Trump stickers, a couple cops were injured, and they were blocking vehicles (including an ambulance) - and who bears the cost for the place Trump rented to hold a rally, which had to be canceled? It's certainly more than $1,500 worth of damage.
