I think one way that they could solicit donations is by offering a monthly rate that would remove you from donation requests and instead send timely campaign events and footage, exclusive content even. Would that even be legal, when i talk to people about donations that donated to Ron Paul it's like i have to show them the Rand Paul stuff that gets blacked out because they think its a waste of money because they believe the media narrative.
