Yeah, maybe if it was "Fox gets better ratings..."
But most of that was because the last debate was FBN and this was Fox news. I'm sure part of it was Rand, but you can't separate the two.

"The most recent GOP debate, televised two weeks ago on the Fox Business Network (http://money.cnn.com/2016/01/15/media/fox-business-republican-debate-ratings/index.html?iid=EL), had a household rating of 7.4."

I'll help you here...8.4 > 7.4 = my title is 100% accurate.
