Basically shows the gun show loophole is a farce. Made up to promote a problem that does not exist. Its an idea to get the average person that does not understand to support gun confiscation.

The Socialists goal is to disarm people to easily control them and when they defend themselves with hands or fists, bats will be charged and fined. (Look at recent story from Denmark)http://www.breitbart.com/london/2016/01/27/girl-in-migrant-sex-attack-town-fined-for-defending-herself-with-pepper-spray/

The best part was when he was like, "But the President said I could!!" and they'd reply something like, "You believe the President?!!"

if there is a loop hole this guy wouldn't find it. Am I the only one who has watched the video and seen how ridiculously shady this guy is? They probably thought he was an undercover cop or something. lol

And all the people who thought I was silly for learning classical kobudo weapons will regret it...

A legal loophole?

There will always be black market activities when something is restricted.

I agree that the "loophole" is overhyped by gun-control advocates, but isn't it true that private individuals, who don't "normally" sell firearms, could go to a gun show (or not) and sell firearms without running a background check on the purchaser? The language in the proposed regulation talks about anyone in the "business" of selling a gun, which is incredibly vague.

Politifact talks a bit about this here (http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/article/2016/jan/07/politifact-sheet-3-things-know-about-gun-show-loop/), particularly about the "gun show loophole" essentially defining a set of people who can privately sell a firearm.
