I registered an account so that I could as start a new thread. My account was created and verified through the email link, but I am unable to start a new thread even when logged in. Strangely I am only able to post in this Guest Forum when I am logged out. If I enter this forum when logged into my account, I cannot post here. Any help would be appreciated.

it may be because you need a certain amount of thread reply posts before you can post a thread of your own. that is my understanding maybe 250 posts or something..
pm the administrator if you would like :) he will be glad to help.

Probably the site administrator still needs to approve your account. Once you choose a user name and password and verify through email you will have access to some of the site features, such as New Posts and being able to read non-public forums. But you cannot post anything until the site administrator does a final approval of your account. It's been a few days since the last batch was approved so hopefully the admin Bryan will approve another batch soon and you will be able to post.

yeah you need a couple posts to start a new thread. It sounds like he can't post at all though, not really clear in his post. One thing he can't do is PM the admin though. That requires a high number of posts before being able to access that feature.
