Gov. Ducey's Arizona Supreme Court appointee Clint Bolick, an attorney who co-founded the Institute for Justice, ran for office as a candidate for the Libertarian Party in 1980.

I guess he's been a head attorney at the Goldwater Institute for some time and made some waves here in AZ. Don't know much about him though

Aside from that, this is awesome news. The Institute For Justice does great work.
