I don't really see that he DID anything... unless I missed something. His EO's won't really affect me or anyone I know in any way shape or form. Pretty lame actually... I was hoping he would've come out with something more dramatic so we could fight like hell... this is pretty shitty and not worth much.

the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Pretty clear cut.

And then there is the subsequent HIPPA violations that are bound to come.

Constitution is old. Should be updated. Fixed:

Please tell me what needs to be "updated"?

250 year old sheep-skin parchment seems a bit out-dated to me. I was thinking we upgrade it, to perhaps a Google Doc so multiple people can make changes to it at the same time

Ok, you avoided my question. And I'm shocked someone on this forum would say it needs to be "Updated". Granted there are some areas that contradict the bill of rights, and should be removed, so the bill of rights have no confusion.

Again I ask what part of the Constitution should be "updated"?

Specifically, I think the 2nd amendment should be updated to clarify the intention of the authors. That is, people should be able to own guns, so that they can hunt deer, shoot tin cans in their backyard, and also participate in Olympic rifle competitions.

And skeet shooting also, is a very important part of the 2nd amendment.

This is why I love BXM/TheTexan.

Gold every time. He needs to interact with newbies more often. Although this guy is from 2007 so... guess he just got lucky.
