FARS: US Extracting ISIS Ringleaders from Ramadi by Helicopter

TEHRAN (FNA)- A commander of volunteer forces (Hashd al-Shaabi) disclosed the US plots to evacuate ISIL leaders from the city of Ramadi as Iraqi army and popular troops are completing victory over the terrorist group. "The delay in operations to liberate Ramadi and Fallujah cities in al-Anbar province is the result of the US interference," Commander of Imam Khamenei Battalion Haidar al-Hosseini al-Ardavi told FNA on Thursday. "It seems that the US intends to evacuate the ISIL terrorist group's infamous ringleaders secretly (with helicopters) from Ramadi to unknown places," he added. His remarks came as Iraqi security forces continue to gain ground in Ramadi, and opened their way to the central parts of the strategic city where hundreds of ISIL terrorists are trapped under siege.

Or maybe it is the mines and booby traps which are slowing the advance through the city. (article does not say they are actually using helicopters to evacuate anybody).

As the OP article notes:

The commander said that the ISIL has planted mines all over al-Khor bridge, adding that the bridge will lead the Iraqi forces directly to the city center.

Raisan reiterated that only the Hashd al-Shaabi forces are helping the Iraqi army in the Ramadi operations.

Just about everybody in the region likes to fly their flags when traveling. So don't you think that it is a little suspicious that a convoy that big is not flying any flags at all? But the fact that they are not flying any flags makes it more likely that it is a group that don't their association to whoever is escorting them known.

US trucks don't fly US flags over there. No indication of when and where the footage was actually shot but no flags says probably not ISIS. Could be a US convoy either leaving the country or moving to another location in either Afghanistan or Iraq.
