She does a lot of interviews. This one was just a few days ago. She did two segments with Wolf Blitzer on CNN. I couldn't find the entire interview.

It would be nice if JUST ONCE someone reference the Constitution and Congress when discussing these things. It's not even discussed anymore. Just toss it out there.... "Maybe congress should have a say in when/where we send troops, no fly zones, interventionism, etc etc".... :(
