His defense of keeping Kasich in after just saying Christie should go didn't make much sense. But what does make it make sense, and what was probably the unspoken truth behind that decision, is that Kasich isn't in it to win it, but to hurt Trump.

Why not? It would be very unusual if all the candidates currently running were still running as of the Iowa caucuses.

Agreed. I meant before the next debates.

I don't see any networks picking and choosing the candidates the way Zogby recommends.
