This is probably the wrong forum for this but I am not sure where to put it.

Ok, so I am sitting at my little cart in the mall where I sell cell phone accessories, reading Ron Paul Forums while bored.

This lady comes up to me with two folded $5 bills and says somebody dropped these by your stand. I told her they were not mine. She handed them to me and said "oh well" and walked off. Totally passing the buck :) of the moral responsibility about what to do with these misplaced bills.

So here is the question, What should I do with this new found moral responsibility?

1) Wait to see if anyone comes looking for it and if not keeping the Money
2) Turn it in to Mall Security (which means that someone down the line will probably pocket it)
3) Through them back and let someone else deal with it
4) See it as a sign from the heavens and donate it to RP on the 16th?

I would do the "Cliff" solution. Only give them back to someone who can recite the serial numbers.

It's just $10. It's not like someone dropped a 1 ounce gold coin.

And THAT attitude is what's getting Ron Paul ahead in donations! LOL!
