Justin Bieber sounds like the future, and One Direction sounds like the past
The pop princes are releasing new albums today, and they're going in different directions

There’s a battle raging on the internet today, one that might’ve slipped under your nose entirely if your interest in pop music is minimal at best. Reformed shithead Justin Bieber is capping off an apologetic year-long comeback parade with a new album bearing three top 10 singles, Purpose; the tousled imps of One Direction are releasing their first album without Zayn Malik and last before an indefinite hiatus, Made in the A.M.

I am very disappointed with the American public. I had thought that everyone forgot about this guy until a few months ago when he teamed up with a guy who looks like this:

Justin Bieber, 21, wants to bring some “light and hope” to those suffering in the wake of the Paris attacks on Nov. 13. Despite the terrifying events in Paris’ Bataclan theater, where a reported 112 people were killed, Justin decided to move forward with his live stream event. He’s hoping to cheer up the people who are hurting. Here’s what he said.

Knowing millions of fans were planning to tune in to the live stream of his special event, he made it his priority to give those people hurting something to take their mind off of the tragedy. Rather than cancel his show, he chose to bring “light and hope” to his fans around the world on a very dark day, and move forward with the event. What a sweet, brave move. Good for you, Justin.

Thank the good Lord that Bieber made it his priority after the attacks to do exactly what he was going to do before the attacks.

Although I guess milking a tragedy to plug your album release is at least less offensive than attacking a flag. To me anyways. At least making money has a useful purpose.

Maybe he won't walk out this time? http://www.ew.com/article/2015/10/30/justin-bieber-norway-walk-off-concert

Justin Bieber apologizes for walking off stage after one song

Posted October 30 2015 — 8:10 AM EDT

Justin Bieber disappointed fans in Norway on Thursday night when he walked off the stage during a concert after performing only one song. He did not return.

According to reports, he started by playing “Boyfriend” from his 2012 album Believe, but then tried to wipe the stage down during songs.

Fan-shot footage from the concert shows Bieber leaning down to the audience and saying, “Yo, listen to me. Are you listening? I’m trying to wipe the floor. Gimme a sec, yo.” He then walks off the stage and says, “Guys, never mind. I’m done. I’m not doing the show. I’m not doing the show.”
