Im going to write my representative and respectfully request that my mortgage rate be reduced from 4.75% to 2%

Im wondering how other RP members feel about this bailout.
I think the plan is unacceptable.
Since Im a homeowner, and I pay all my bills, I have a standard 30 year mortgage
I get penalized? Or shall I say we get penalized?
These people who took out these teaser loans and interest only loans are getting off too easy.
They were for all intent and purposes speculating.
You now have a loss,
swallow it. That's the American Way.
