I generally loathe the people that write for The Nation, but this was an excellent article and its sentiments should be mirrored in every relevant Paleo-conservative outlet. The 911 party is over, and I plan to celebrate with some fine Cooley stock tonight.

Great article.

As I was watching it live I was wondering when playing the "I was there on 9/11 and I met the victims" card as a way to prove that your national security and foreign policy views must be superior would finally come to an end.

Judging by the reaction from the crowd and today's aftermath I'm glad that it appears we are at least close to that day.

The eye-roll and associated smirk were truly epic, for a variety of reasons.
