The panel was favorable to the idea of simplifying the tax code. That was about it.

Couple noteworthy items:

1. The first thing out of the token Democrat woman's mouth was to attack Rand for being soft on foreign policy....a Democrat said this. That's pretty interesting, isn't it? Seems to me she was playing to the hawkish GOP base (who are the audience for this show of course), trying to discredit Rand in their eyes, so that they wouldn't support him (since she actually fears his fiscally conservative policies, like the tax plan).

2. Bowling's a great ally to have, he corrected the Dem woman, (paraphrase) "we're libertarians here and we think Sen. Paul does have a foreign policy." :)

One topic Rand needs to address strongly and boldly. Foreign policy

Good stuff. Was this broadcast on Fox News or just the .com version of it? Top right lady agrees with Rand on this but wants to nail his foreign policy? As if his should be what most reasonable democrats should not want? Scared or schizophrenic..

here's a writeup of the segment that also accuses Rand of using Hendrix's rendition of the Star Spangled Banner without permission. I'm pretty sure that's not Jimi Hendrix playing in Rand's video, LOL.

Let's try something different: how about we pay attention to someone other than Donald Trump? How about that cool, hip, Rand Paul who triumphantly destroys the symbolic paper tax code set to the tune of Jimi Hendrix's rendition of the Star Spangled Banner (which was likely used without permission)? Wouldn't that be trendy? The four troglodyte hosts of Cashin' In on Fox 'News' salivated over the macho image of Baby Paul in a 'Detroit Republican' t-shirt, which indicates that he supports the evil, heartless behavior of the GOP in Michigan.

Desperately craving attention and a distraction from Donald Trump, Republicans have been seen lately trying to destroy a cell phone, and calling members of their own party 'liars' on the Senate Floor. Now, Randy is trying to 'kill the tax code, all 70,000 pages of it.' If there's one activity the Republicans hate, it's reading long documents without pictures and illustrations.

The Flat Tax is very deceptive, nothing about it is fair.
